Steps:
- Combine the mayonnaise, vinegar, and sugar in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
- In a large bowl, add the broccoli, cauliflower, onion, craisins and dressing and toss to coat.
- Add the sunflower seeds and bacon and toss again gently to distribute.

- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together all dressing ingredients. Cover and chill until ready to use.
- Add all salad ingredients to a salad bowl (I like to set aside about 1/4 of the bacon and red onion to sprinkle over the top at the end for more color, that's totally optional).
- Pour dressing over top then toss to evenly coat. Serve within and hour of adding dressing for best results.

- Make the bacon any way you wish, let it cool and chop or crumble. Set aside.
- In a small bowl add the mayonnaise, Swerve and apple cider vinegar. Whisk to combine.
- Chop the raw broccoli florets, cauliflower and onion into bite sized pieces and add to a large salad bowl along with the cheese and nuts.
- Pour the salad dressing int the salad bowl and mix well. Fold in the bacon or if make a day ahead of time, save the bacon for just before serving to keep it crispy.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
