8 ounces Cool Whip
1 (3 1/2 ounce) box orange Jell-O (dry)
1 (3 1/2 ounce) box instant vanilla pudding (dry)
1 (3 1/2 ounce) box tapioca pudding (dry)
1 (12 ounce) can crushed pineapple (drained)
1 (4 ounce) can mandarin oranges (drained)
2 1/2 cups water

Steps:

  • Bring 3 cups water to a boil. When boiling, whisk in jello and puddings. Boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and cool completely.
  • Once orange mixture is cool, stir in pineapple, mandarin oranges, and cool whip.
  • Refrigerate until completely set.
  • NOTE: You could easily make this low-cal by substituting sugar free cool-whip, jello, and puddings.

2 (1/3 ounce) packages sugar-free orange gelatin
2 cups diet orange soda (preferable Diet Rite brand)
8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup whipping cream
2 packets Splenda sugar substitute

Steps:

  • Combine the boiling water with the Jello powder, add the diet soda and chill until partially set.
  • Beat the cream cheese until fluffy and then gradually add the partially set Jello to the cream cheese.
  • Beat the whipping cream with the sweetener to soft peaks and then fold into the gelatin mixture.
  • Cover and chill until firm.

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, stir together gelatin and 1 cup boiling water for 2 minutes.
  • Add 1/2 cup cold water and the yogurt.
  • Cover and chill for 10 minutes.
  • Beat until frothy and fold in thawed whipped topping.
  • Spoon lemon mixture into four 4 ounce ramekins with parchment paper collars.
  • Chill for about an hour or two, remove collars before serving.

  • Stir together pudding mix and 2 cups of water.
  • Microwave on high 7 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  • Stir in Jell-O, pineapple, and undrained oranges.
