Steps:
- Mix all ingredients together but don't over mix. Form into 6 patties. Be sure the jalapenos are tucked into the patties well so they don't fall out as the burgers cook. Grill over medium high heat for 5-7 minutes on each side, flipping once. They can also be cooked in a skillet over medium high heat for 5-7 minutes on each side, flipping once. Don't over handle to keep juicy.

Burgers stuffed with a blend of cheese, diced jalapenos and bacon. Delicious and oh so good.

Steps:
- In a medium bowl combine all the cheese, diced jalapenos, bacon with salt and pepper using a fork until incorporated.
- form burger patties to about ¼ thick rounds and place 2 tbsp of the jalapeno mixture on top of one patty and then place another patty on top and pinch down the sides to seal.
- Sprinkle with chili powder and grill to your preferred doneness. Burgers are thick so roughly 5 minutes per side at 400°F

LOW CARB JALAPENO POPPERS
I was craving poppers but didn't want super greasy bacon or high carb breading so I invented these... Sometimes instead of the garlic powder and seasoning salt, I use 2 tsp of a product called Johnny's Garlic Spread Seasoning which is just awesome - I buy it at Costco here in Canada. The number of jalapenos varies depending on the size you get and how much spread you put inside each half! Tried it with fat-free cream cheese and it just didn't have a good texture. Have also used shredded taco cheese blend right out of the freezer instead of plain cheddar!

- Preheat oven to 400 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the top of each jalapeno and cut in half lengthwise, then remove the veins and seeds and put aside. Cut each slice of proscuitto in half.
- Mix together the cream cheese, seasonings, and cheddar.
- Fill each jalapeno half with cream cheese mixture and wrap with half a slice of proscuitto, making sure that you fold it over the cut off top end so that the cream cheese mixture can't escape!
- Put on baking sheet and bake for about 10-15 minutes, until the proscuitto is crispy then serve!

- Combine the cauliflower, jalapeno, eggs, add melted butter in a medium bowl. Add the grated cheeses and mix well. Stir in the onion flakes, salt, pepper, garlic powder, baking powder and coconut flour until thoroughly combined. Divide the batter evenly between 12 greased muffin cups. Bake in preheated 375 degree (F) oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Turn off the oven and leave the muffins inside for one hour to firm up. Remove and serve warm or cold.

- Mix meat, Worcestershire sauce, salt, garlic powder, and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into 12 thin patties, each about 4 inches in diameter.
- Mix the cream cheese, ancho chili powder, cumin, dried onion, and minced jalapeno.
- Top 6 patties with the cheese mixture, spreading it to within 1/2-inch of the edge (if the mixture is difficult to spread, try heating in the microwave for about 15 seconds).
- Cover each patty with one of the remaining 6 patties, sealing the edges well.
- Broil or grill the patties (4 inches from the heat), turning only once if possible, until preferred doneness and cheese is melted, about 10 to 15 minutes.
- Low-carb serving: top with a bit of grated cheddar, guacamole, and enjoy!
- High-carb serving: eat with a bun and other condiments.
