Steps:
- Let cream cheese come to room temperature.
- After it is at temperature, whip it with a mixer until it appears fluffed.
- Combine PB2, confectioners' sugar, and water in a separate bowl. Mix until thoroughly combined.
- Add the PB2 mixture to cream cheese and mix until well combined with the mixer.
- Add the container of Cool Whip to the PB2/cream cheese and continue to mix until combined.
- Fold in 3 tablespoons of the mini chocolate chips.
- Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust.
- Smooth the mixture and add the remaining tablespoon of mini chocolate chips to the top of the pie to garnish.
- Place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving. Keeps well overnight.

CRISPY LOW FAT PEANUT BUTTERSCOTCH PIE
I made 2 of these the first time I tried this. It was to take to a dessert auction at church. This went for $19. Not bad! Easy, healthy, and tasty. From a Weight Watchers 2001 Cookbook. As written, when cut into 6 pieces, each piece is 3 WW points.

Steps:
- Mix the peanut butter and honey together in a medium sized bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds on high until melted. Mix well.
- Add the cereal and coat well. Pat it into an 8 inch round cake pan or pie pan.
- Mix the pudding and the skim milk for 2 minutes. (Or do what the package says.).
- Fold in the whipped topping.
- Put the butterscotch mixture on top of the crust.
- Freeze.
- Let it sit out for 10 or so minutes before you cut it.
- Top with extra whipped topping if desired.

- Mix butter and crackers together. Press in bottom of pie pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 9 minutes. Cool.
- Mix brown sugar, cream cheese, peanut butter and vanilla in bowl. Beat with a mixer until smooth.
- Fold in cool whip.
- Place bananas on the bottom of crust.
- Spread peanut butter mixture over bananas.
- Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
- Cover and freeze for 8 hours.
- Let stand at room temp 15 minutes prior to serving.
