- 1. Place London Broil in Slow cooker.
- 2. Spread Onion Soup Mix evenly on top of London Broil.
- 3. Quarter Onions Place On Top Of Meat.
- 4. Cut Celery On Angle Put On Top Of Onions.
- 5. Cut Carrots On Angle Place on Top Of Celery.
- 6. Cut Potatoes In Quarters Place On Top Of Carrots.
- 7. Pour 2 Cans (14-1/2ozs) Of Fat Free- Low Sodium Beef Broth On Top.
- 8. Place Slow Cooker Lid And Cook On Low for 8hrs.
- Serve London Broil And Vegetables Over Egg Noodles.

- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Trim London broil of fat. Place meat into a 9x13 baking pan.
- Sprinkle onion over meat.
- Mix soups, gravy, Kitchen Bouquet, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour soup mix over meat.
- Cover pan with foil. Bake in preheated oven for 3 hours.

- In large plastic food bag or 13x9-inch glass baking dish, blend recipe mix, oil and vinegar.
- Add steak, turning to coat.
- Close bag or cover, and marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes to 3 hours.
- Remove meat from marinade, discarding marinade.
- Grill or broil, turning occasionally, until desired doneness.
- Slice meat thinly across the grain.
- Garlic Chicken: Substitute 6 to 8 boneless chicken breasts or 3 to 4 pounds bone-in chicken pieces for steak.
- Marinate as directed.
- Grill boneless chicken breasts 6 minutes or bone-in chicken pieces 20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.

- 1. Pound both sides of steak with a tenderizer mallet. Poke several holes on each side of steak with a fork piercing several times.
- 2. Mix oil, onion soup, vinegar, pepper, garlic, mustard, and rosemary together in a bowl. Place half of mixture into a large plastic bag or Ziploc bag. Place steak on top of mixture. Pour remaining mixture over steak. Push any air out of the bag before closing. Distribute mixture well by kneafing with hands, Refrigerate For 2-4 hours.
- 3. Move rack to second position below broiler in oven. Preheat oven to broil At high heat. Place a cast iron grill, or regular cast iron pan in oven on rack. ( you may also use a broiler pan) heat pan until nice and hot. This should take about 10 minutes. Place steak on pan. Sear each side of steak for about 2-3 minutes on each side.vcontinue to broil each side for an additional 3-5 minutes on each side, or when thermometer reaches 135 degree's. This will be cooked medium. Remove from oven to platter. Let the steak rest 10-15 minutes. Cut steak in to thin slices against the grain., and serve.
