Bring to a boil; boil and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Remove from the heat. Combine cheeses; toss with lemon juice. Add to the sauce; stir until cheese begins to melt. Drain linguine; add the cheese sauce and toss to coat.

Using a slotted spoon, remove to paper towels; drain, reserving 1 tablespoon drippings., In the drippings, saute spinach and onion until spinach is wilted and onion is tender. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Add the milk, cream cheese, butter, salt, nutmeg and pepper; stir until smooth. Stir in pine nuts and bacon; heat through. Drain pasta; toss with sauce.

- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for about 7 to 8 minutes or until al dente; drain. Remove from pot, cover and set aside.
- Meanwhile, in a small skillet cook bacon over medium heat until crispy. Break up into small pieces and set aside.

- Cook the linguine according to package directions. Drain well, and set aside.
- Saute onion in butter in a large skillet until tender. Add the garlic and cook about 30 seconds, until the garlic is fragrant. Add flour, and stir until blended. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Gradually add milk; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is slightly thickened and bubbly. Stir in salt and pepper.
- Add peas; cook over medium heat 2 to 3 minutes or until tender. Add ham; cook until thoroughly heated.
- Remove from heat; add cheese, stirring until the cheese melts.
- Place linguine and sauce in a large serving bowl, and toss gently to combine. Serve immediately.
