LYCHEE LILLET COCKTAILS

Steps:

• Puree half of the lychees and all of the syrup in a blender until all lychees are liquefied. Strain through a fine mesh strainer, pressing down to get the most from the lychees into a clean pitcher; discard the fibrous solids. Add the Lillet, rosewater and bitters. Refrigerate to chill thoroughly, if needed.
• Pour into chilled flutes, martini, or fun juice glasses, and garnish with an orange twist or slice. Drink.

LILLET COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Add ice, Lillet, and orange juice to a cocktail shaker. Shake and strain into 2 glasses filled with ice. Top off each glass with 1-ounce of soda water and garnish with an orange slice.

LILLET MARTINI

Steps:

• Combine 2 ounces vodka, 1 1/2 ounces Lillet Blanc and 1/4 ounce fresh orange juice in a shaker with ice and shake until cold, about 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with an orange twist.

LILLET COCKTAILS

Steps:

• For each drink, pour 2/3 cup Lillet Blanc (or dry vermouth) into a wine glass with ice. Add 2 dashes orange bitters. Top with sparkling wine or seltzer and garnish with a slice of orange.
