Steps:
- Place chicken between 2 sheets of heavy-duty plastic wrap; flatten to 1/4-inch thickness using a meat mallet or rolling pin.
- Dip chicken in egg; dredge in crumbs.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat; add chicken, and cook 2 minutes on each side or until browned.
- Pour spaghetti sauce over chicken. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 10-15 minutes. Sprinkle with cheeses. Cover and simmer 5 more minutes or until cheese melts.

- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Stir the soup with the yogurt, mayonnaise and curry powder (if using) in a large bowl until well combined. Stir in the noodles, broccoli and chicken until well coated.
- Transfer the noodle mixture to a greased 9 x 13-inch (3.5 L) casserole dish. Toss the breadcrumbs with the cheese and oil. Sprinkle evenly over the noodle mixture.
- Bake, covered, for 40 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Uncover and broil the top to brown the crumbs (if desired).

I found this on "Six Sisters' Stuff" blog and it was noted that this is a variation on the same dish that is served at Longhorn Steak House. Grilling the chicken gives it extra flavor. *Total time includes 3 hours marinating time*

Steps:
- Combine ingredients for marinade and pour over chicken. Let marinate in refrigerator for 2-3 hours or overnight.
- Remove from marinade and discard leftover marinade.
- Grill 12-15 minutes, until chicken is done.
- While the chicken is cooking, prepare the ranch spread and Parmesan crumb topping.
- For the ranch spread, mix 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan and 1/4 cup ranch dressing. Set aside.
- For Parmesan crumb topping, mix bread crumbs, garlic salt, shredded Parmesan and butter. The crumbs should be evenly moistened.
- Position rack in center of oven. Preheat broiler.
- Transfer cooked chicken to oven-safe casserole dish.
- Spread 2 tablespoons ranch spread on each breast.
- Top with shredded provolone.
- Top provolone with Parmesan crumb topping.
- Place chicken under broiler and cook until cheese melts and crumb topping begins to turn light brown. Serve immediately.
