WEIGHT WATCHERS STUFFED SHELLS
Received this from a meeting. Very tasty! They point value we were told from our meeting leader was 4/serving. Some of the reviews people have recalculated it saying 8. To be safe, I would refigure it so your comfortable knowing the points.

LIGHT STUFFED PASTA SHELLS
These pasta shells are big on flavor and low in calories and fat. This recipe originally comes from the food section of the Houston Chronicle.Feel free to add any additional seasonings. I'll add some basil, oregano, and rosemary instead of the thyme sometimes to change it up.

These are a family favorite! I use my Spicy? Sweet? Marinara sauce recipe #125116 for this recipe. This makes a full box of pasta shells, which is a lot, but this recipe is easily cut in half.
