Steps:
- Grate the hard cheeses and add to a food processor along with any soft cheese, the wine, cream cheese, butter, salt, pepper and garlic and process until smooth. Add the parsley and pulse.
- Scrape into a serving dish. Serve immediately with a garnish of parsley or cover and store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
EASY CHEESE DIP
Steps:
- Combine cream cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise in a bowl with a hand mixer until fluffy.
- Add remaining ingredients and combine until smooth.
- For best flavor, refrigerate 1 hour if time allows.

BEST CHEESE DIP
This dip has all the best ingredients I've found from various other recipes and it's my favorite by far! Serve as a dip at a party or with sour cream and jalapenos to make nachos and use it as a main course!

Steps:
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Crumble sausage and ground beef into the skillet; add the onion. Cook and stir the beef mixture until the meat is crumbly, evenly browned, and no longer pink, about 10 minutes. Drain and discard any excess grease. Pour into a slow cooker.
- Layer cheese food cubes atop meat mixture.
- Blend diced tomatoes with green chile peppers in a blender until smooth; pour over the cheese cubes along with the cream of mushroom soup. Stir the mixture.
- Cook on High, stirring occasionally until the cheese is completely melted, about 90 minutes.

LIGHT AND TASTY CREAM CHEESE DIP
I came up with this basic little dip recipe two evenings ago when I wanted a quick snack that would not pile on the calories. I found the result quite tasty, so am posting it here for you to enjoy, too. Have fun playing around with the amounts and types of spices to suit your taste best. :)

Steps:
- In a medium bowl combine cream cheese and yogurt until well blended and no longer lumpy.
- Add garlic powder, rosemary, chili powder, dill weed, mixed Italian herbs, salt, hot red pepper flakes, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.
- Taste and adjust seasoning to your liking.
- Serve with crudites or crackers.
- Enjoy! :).

Here's a dip that could inspire your family to eat more raw vegetables. It's great for informal gatherings and cold buffets, too. Serve this with an array of colorful vegetables, including broccoli florets, baby carrots, red bell peppers, and halved cherry tomatoes.

- For the dip base, mix 100g light soft cheese with 50g fat-free bio-yogurt.
- For garlic & herb, stir in crushed garlic clove, snipped chives, a little lemon juice and fresh ground pepper.
- For the fish dip, take the chopped smoked salmon and a few sprigs of chopped dill and stir in the base dip.
- For spice-lovers, stir a little chilli dipping sauce, to taste, through the base mix.
- Go Greek and stir through grated cucumber, and a handful of chopped mint.
