Steps:
- Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt in large bowl.
- Add water, oil, vinegar and vanilla; stir with spoon or wire whisk just until batter is smooth and ingredients are well blended.
- Pour into greased and floured 9-inch layer pan or 8-inch square pan.
- Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until tester comes out clean.
- Cool in pan; frost as desired.

- Make the pudding: Whisk the egg yolks, sugar and cornstarch in a large bowl.
- Combine the milk, chocolate and salt in a saucepan over medium heat and stir until the chocolate melts. Gradually pour the hot chocolate mixture into the egg mixture, whisking constantly. Pour back into the saucepan and stir until thick, 12 to 15 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla, then divide among 6 to 8 dessert cups or dishes. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until set, about 2 hours.
- Meanwhile, make the cinnamon cream: Whip the cream with the sugar in a bowl until it just holds soft peaks; fold in the cinnamon. Serve with the pudding.

- Whisk heavy cream, milk, and lemon pudding mix together in a bowl for 2 minutes. Let stand until soft-set, about 5 minutes. Pour pudding into the graham cracker pie crust.

LICKITY SPLIT CHOCOLATE CAKE
I got this recipe from one of my brothers girlfriends years ago. She made it for us and it is just so yummy. But best of all it is fast to make.

- 1. Sift together in a bowl, 2 cups sugar & 2 cups of flour.
- 2. In a pan bring to a boil, 1 stick of margarine or butter, 1/2 cup shortening, 4 tablespoon of cocoa and 1 cup of water. After it comes to a boil pour over sugar and flour mixture. Add 1/2 cup sour cream, 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon vanilla & 1 teaspoon of baking soda. Beat all ingrediants together and pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 25-35 minutes.
- 3. When cake is almost done, boil 1 stick of margarine or butter, 3 tablespoons of cocoa and 6 tablespoons of sour cream. Slowly add 1 pound of powdered sugar stirring in between. Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla mix well. Pour over cake while hot. Let cake and frosting cool then serve.
