I made some breakfast sausage patties yesterday using Leggs#10 seasoning. I used pork shoulder steaks that were a bit too lean. I used 4 tsp. for 2# of ground pork. I made a test patty and it was not seasoned enough for my tastes. Not bad but I wouldn't buy it again. There are many good breakfast sausage recipes online.
