  • Back Squat 5 (sets) x 12 – 15 (reps) This is arguably the most important and effective leg exercise. Back squats are a compound exercise meaning that they engage almost all muscle groups to deliver an amazing pump.
  • Weighted Split Squat Lunges 3 x 8 (each side) To finish off those barbell squats you will want to do some weighted split squats. These will continue to engage your quads, glutes, and hamstrings in one quick and easy motion.
  • Leg Press Machine 3 x 12 – 15. This machine will allow you to vary your foot positioning during a squatting motion exercise. This different positioning will allow you to emphasize different parts of your quads, glutes, and hamstrings to deliver larger and stronger leg muscles.
