Don't let leftover meatloaf go to waste! Turn it into a grilled cheese sandwich and top it with BBQ sauce, lettuce and tomatoes.

Ingredients

4 slices leftover cooked meatloaf (1 inch thick)
3 Tbsp. KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
4 ciabatta sandwich rolls, split
1/4 cup KRAFT Mayo Horseradish-Dijon Flavored Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
4 KRAFT 2% Milk Singles
4 lettuce leaves
1 small tomato, cut into 4 slices

Steps:

Heat grill to medium heat.
Grill meatloaf slices 3 min. on each side or until heated through, brushing occasionally with barbecue sauce.
Meanwhile, grill rolls, cut sides down, 30 sec. or until toasted.
Spread rolls with mayo; fill with meatloaf, 2% Milk Singles, lettuce and tomatoes.

Butter one side of your bread slices. Put buttered side down on your pan. Add a slice of cheese, meatloaf, another slice of cheese and another buttered slice of bread to finish the sandwich.
Cook until the bread is browned and cheese is slightly melted. *Optional: You can finish off the sandwiches in a preheated oven for about 5 minutes to assure the sandwich has been heated through. Depending on the thickness of your sandwich this may not be needed.
