Steps:
- Decide on your color pattern (the order for the colors of Jell-O you've selected), and begin by working with the color that will go on the bottom.
- Boil 1 cup of water in the microwave.
- Add 1 packet of Jell-O to the boiling water and stir until completely dissolved.
- Pour 1/2 cup of this liquid into a 9x13 pan to create a "clear" layer, tilting pan for even coverage if necessary (see note).
- Refrigerate until set (see note).
- While the first layer sets, add 1/2 cup Greek yogurt and 2 tablespoons cold water to the remaining liquid Jell-O for the "cloudy" layer.
- Pour the liquid for your "cloudy" layer on top of the completely set clear layer.
- Refrigerate again until set.
- Repeat this process with each color of Jell-O to create alternating "clear" and "cloudy" layers in each color you've chosen.
- Refrigerate until serving.

Steps:
- Place a 9x13-inch glass baking dish in the refrigerator to chill.
- In a medium bowl, stir black cherry jello in 1 cup hot water for 1 minute, or until dissolved. Divide in half (about 1/2 cup each) between two liquid measuring cups or bowls. In the first bowl, add 3 Tablespoons cold water and cover with plastic wrap. In the other bowl, add 1/3 cup sour cream and whisk until well combined.
- Pour the jello with the sour cream, into the chilled baking dish (tilting gently to spread evenly). Place in the fridge and chill 25 to 30 minutes.
- Remove dish from the fridge and pour the second bowl of jello, tilting gently to spread evenly, over the top. Carefully return to the refrigerator and chill 25 to 30 minutes.
- Repeat the process with the remaining jello in this order: strawberry, orange, lemon, and lime (on top). Carefully carry each new layer to the fridge, and rotate the pan each time, to keep the layers straight. Refrigerate until firm.

JELLO SQUARES
This is my two granddaughters favorite snack. We use different colors of jello according to the theme we are doing, such as red and green for Christmas. I use pastel colors for Easter and I have used green for St. Patrick's Day. This is really easy to prepare and I have found out that the adults like them as much as the children do. Also they are fat free!
