4 cups boiling water
4 packages (3 ounces each) orange gelatin
1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
1-1/2 cups orange juice
2 cans (11 ounces each) mandarin oranges, drained
Orange slices, optional

Steps:

  • Add boiling water to gelatin; stir 2 minutes to completely dissolve. Stir in ice cream and orange juice until blended. Refrigerate until partially set., Fold in oranges. Pour into two 6-cup ring molds coated with cooking spray. Refrigerate overnight or until firm. Unmold onto a serving plate. If desired, serve with orange slices.

1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple in juice in juice, undrained
Cold water
1-1/2 cups boiling water
1 pkg. (8-serving size) JELL-O Orange Flavor Gelatin
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

Steps:

  • Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Add enough cold water to reserved juice to measure 1-1/2 cups. Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in large bowl at least 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in juice mixture. Remove 1 cup of the gelatin mixture; set aside at room temperature. Stir half of the crushed pineapple into remaining gelatin.
  • Pour into 6-cup mold. Refrigerate 2 hours or until set but not firm (gelatin should stick to finger when touched and should mound). Gradually add the reserved gelatin mixture to cream cheese in medium bowl, beating with wire whisk until well blended. Stir in the remaining crushed pineapple. Pour over gelatin layer in mold.
  • Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Unmold. Store leftover gelatin in refrigerator.

1 package orange Jell-O
1 can crushed pineapple, drained,save juice
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 container Cool Whip
3/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons flour
2 eggs, well beaten
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 cup pineapple juice (use juice drained from pineapple and add water to measure 1 cup)

Steps:

  • Make jello according to package directions minus 1/4 cup water.
  • add pineapple pour in 9x13 glass pan.
  • Put in fridge til set.
  • Next mix softened cream cheese and Cool Whip.
  • Spread over Jello Put back in fridge.
  • Mix sugar and flour-add eggs lemon juice and 1 cup pineapple juice.
  • Cook til thickened, COOL spread over Cool Whip layer.
  • Store in fridge.

2-1/2 cups BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream, divided
2 pkg. (3 oz. each) JELL-O Lemon Flavor Gelatin
2 pkg. (3 oz. each) JELL-O Orange Flavor Gelatin

Steps:

  • Add 3/4 cup boiling water to lime gelatin mix in medium bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Refrigerate 15 min. or until cooled. Whisk in 1/2 cup sour cream. Pour into 6-cup mold sprayed with cooking spray. Refrigerate 30 min. or until thickened but not set.
  • Meanwhile, add 1-1/2 cups boiling water to lemon gelatin mixes; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Refrigerate 25 min. or until cooled. Whisk in 1 cup sour cream. Spoon over lime layer in mold. Refrigerate 30 min. or until thickened but not set.
  • Add remaining boiling water to orange gelatin mixes; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Refrigerate 25 min. Whisk in remaining sour cream. Spoon over lemon layer in mold. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.

1 angel food cake
2 (11 ounce) cans mandarin oranges
2 (3 ounce) packages orange gelatin
1 quart Orange sherbet, softened
12 ounces whipped topping

Steps:

  • Cut the cake into bite sized pieces.
  • Drain mandarin oranges, reserving 1 cup juice. Reserve 5 orange slices for garnish. Cut the remaining slices into bite sized pieces.
  • Place reserved juice in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Remove from the heat. Add gelatin mix and stir until the gelatin mix is dissolved.
  • Combine gelatin mixture and sherbet in a large bowl. Stir until sherbet is melted. Fold in whipped topping.
  • Layer cake pieces, orange pieces and sherbet mixture one half at a time in a glass serving dish.
  • Chill, covered, for 6 to 8 hours. Top with reserved orange slices.

1 container (32 oz.) plain low-fat yogurt, divided
2 pkg. (3 oz. each) JELL-O Orange Flavor Gelatin
1 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

Steps:

  • Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Add enough water to reserved juice to measure 2 cups; set aside. Add boiling water to lemon gelatin mixes; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in reserved pineapple liquid and pineapple tidbits. Pour into large bowl sprayed with cooking spray. Refrigerate 50 min. or until set but not firm.

3 ounces gelatin, grape
3 ounces gelatin, cherry
3 ounces gelatin, orange
3 ounces gelatin, berry blue
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
2 (1/4 ounce) packages gelatin, divided
5 cups boiling water, divided

Steps:

  • Pour sweetened condensed milk into a liquid measuring cup. Add enough boiling water to make 2 cups.
  • For the first layer, mix the grape Jello with 1/2 pkg. of gelatin and 1 cup boiling water. Mix until dissolved. Add in 1/2 cup of the milk mixture. Pour into a 9"x13" pan. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • For the second layer, mix the cherry Jello with 1/2 pkg. of gelatin and 1 cup boiling water. Mix until dissolved. Add in 1/2 cup of the milk mixture. Pour over the grape layer. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • For the third layer, mix the orange Jello with 1/2 pkg. of gelatin and 1 cup boiling water. Mix until dissolved. Add in 1/2 cup of the milk mixture. Pour over the cherry layer. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • For the final layer, mix the berry blue Jello with 1/2 pkg. of gelatin and 1 cup boiling water. Mix until dissolved. Add in 1/2 cup of the milk mixture. Pour over the orange layer. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (and keep refrigerated until ready to serve).
  • Slice into squares to serve.
