FILLING:
11 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 cups confectioners' sugar
2 cups whipped topping
TOPPING:
2 cups cold whole milk
1 package (3.9 ounces) instant chocolate pudding mix
Whipped topping and chopped walnuts

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy, 5-7 minutes. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla. In another bowl, whisk flour, cocoa, salt and baking powder; add to creamed mixture just until moistened. Fold in nuts. , Transfer to a greased 13x9-in. baking pan. Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs, 20-25 minutes. Cool completely on a wire rack., In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping; spread over brownies. , In a large bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix 2 minutes. Let stand until soft-set, about 2 minutes. Spread over filling. 1 cup pecans, chopped
8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 (16 ounce) container Cool Whip, thawed
1 (4 1/2 ounce) instant devil's food pudding
French vanilla instant pudding
2 cups cold milk

Steps:

  • Combine butter, flour, and pecans.
  • Press into 13x9 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool.
  • Blend cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 1 cup Cool Whip.
  • Spread over cooled crust.
  • Blend instant puddings with milk until thick. Spread over cream cheese filling.
  • Top with remaining Cool Whip and chill well.

1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
1 cup brown sugar (packed)

Steps:

  • Mix the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and salt in a medium bowl.
  • Add milk, butter vanilla and nuts. Turn into ungreased 2 quart baking dish. Smooth on top.
  • Combine brown sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa in a small bowl. Mix well. Sprinkle over top of batter.
  • Pour water on top. To avoid making wells in the batter either pour the water slowly, or pour it onto a spoon held over pudding, allowing it to run off gently.
  • Bake in 350 degree oven for about 40 minutes. Top will be firm. Batter will rise and there will be a pudding-type sauce at the bottom.
  • Serve warm. This is really delicious with ice cream.

If you don't have a trifle dish then use a large glass bowl, I use my recipe#87925 for this, use your own favorite brownie recipe but must be baked in a 13 x 9-inch pan or use a packaged brownie mix. Plan ahead the brownies must be baked and refrigerated until completely cold before slicing, I advise to make the brownies a day in advance. Prep time does not include making the brownies. You can use all chocolate pudding if desired.

Steps:

  • Prepare a large glass trifle bowl or a large glass serving bowl.

21 1/2 ounces brownie mix (or another size...choose your favorite brand)
1 egg (per brownie mix directions)
1/4 cup water (per brownie mix directions)
1/3 cup oil (per brownie mix directions)
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk (Eagle Brand)
1 (3 ounce) package vanilla instant pudding mix (4 serving size)
4 ounces Cool Whip, thawed
1 quart strawberry, hulled & sliced

Steps:

  • Grease two 9 inch round cake pans. Line with waxed paper, extending up sides & grease the wax paper.
  • Prepare brownie mix according to package directions and pour into pans. bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Cool.
  • Mix Eagle Brand milk and 1/2 cup cold water in a large bowl and beat in the dry pudding mix. Chill about 15 minutes. Then fold in the Cool Whip.

1 cup powdered sugar
16 ounces Cool-Whip frozen whipped topping ((2) 8 ounce containers, divided)
3 ounces instant chocolate pudding mix (1 package)
3 ounces instant vanilla pudding mix (1 package)
3½ cups milk
hot fudge or chocolate syrup
1 plain chocolate candy bar ((like a Hereshey's bar))

Steps:

  • Mix brownie mix according to directions and bake in 9x13 inch greased and floured pan.
  • Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 container whipped topping. Spread cream cheese mixture on top of the cooled brownies.
  • Blend puddings and milk together and carefully spread on top of the cream cheese mixture.
