Steps:
- Mix 30ml oil with the garlic and lemon juice. Pour over the chops and leave to stand.Heat the remaining oil and sauté the onion until golden. Add potatoes and stir. Cover and cook for a few minutes until the potatoes have browned, then turn them. Towards the end of the cooking time, mix beef stock powder with 150ml water. Stir into the potatoes along with the thyme.Cook until the potatoes are tender. Cover and set aside.Grill the chops under a hot grill or on a griddle pan. - Place the first nine ingredients in a food processor; pulse until blended. Spread over both sides of chops. Let stand 30 minutes., Meanwhile, in a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add potatoes; cook 15-20 minutes or until tender and golden brown, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with lemon pepper, salt and paprika; remove from pan. Keep warm., Grill chops, covered, over medium heat 3-4 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness (for medium-rare, a thermometer should read 135°; medium, 140°; medium-well, 145°)., Toss spinach with potatoes; sprinkle with pine nuts. Serve with lamb chops.

- Season the lamb all over with salt and pepper, then rub with the ras el hanout. Put the potatoes in a medium saucepan and cover with water by 1 inch; season with salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook until very tender, 12 to 15 minutes. Drain well.
- Combine the butter, lemon zest, all but 2 tablespoons scallions, the finely chopped dill and the chopped cilantro in a small bowl; stir to combine. Add to the drained potatoes and mash with a potato masher or large fork. Slowly add the milk, stirring to combine. Season with salt and pepper and cover to keep warm.
- Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the vegetable oil and heat until shimmering. Add the lamb chops and cook until well browned, about 4 minutes per side for medium rare to medium.
- Divide the lamb chops and potatoes among plates. Top with the remaining scallions, roughly chopped dill and cilantro leaves. Serve with harissa.

- In a small bowl, combine mustard and garlic.
- In a wide shallow bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, rosemary and dried herbs; whisk to combine.
- Pat lamb chops dry with a paper towel and season with 2 teaspoons salt and 1 teaspoon pepper.
- With a basting brush, lightly coat lamb chops with mustard mixture.
- Dip chops in bread crumb mixture coating evenly on both sides.
- In a large nonstick saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon oil over medium-high.
- Add half the lamb chops to pan and cook until browned, 2 to 3 minutes per side.
- Repeat with remaining chops and oil.
- Let lamb chops rest 5 minutes before serving.

- Nick edges of chops in several places to prevent curling.
- Brush olive oil on both sides of chops.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper and 2 tablespoons Herbes de provence.
- Rub seasonings into chops.
- Grill over high heat 3 to 4 minutes per side for medium rare.
- The chops should register 135 degrees at the thickest part.

- Mix mint, oregano, and garlic in small bowl. Sprinkle lamb generously with salt and coarsely ground pepper. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons herb mixture over lamb chops; press to adhere (reserve remaining herb mixture for compote).

- For dressing: In a small saucepan cook butter over medium 5 minutes or until toasty brown and fragrant. Place shallot in a medium bowl. Pour hot butter over shallot to soften; let cool completely.
- Add lemon zest and juice, vinegar, 3 Tbsp. olive oil, 2 Tbsp. chopped mint, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper to butter and shallot. Whisk to combine.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to boiling. Using a mandoline or sharp knife, slice potatoes into 1/4-inch-thick rounds. Add potatoes to boiling water. Cook 7 to 10 minutes or until tender but not falling apart. Immediately drain potatoes; toss with dressing. (Potatoes will absorb dressing as they cool.)
- Season lamb chops liberally with salt and black pepper. In an extra-large skillet heat remaining 1 Tbsp. oil over medium-high. Add lamb chops. Cook 8 to 10 minutes or until 145°F, turning once.
