Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken image

Creamy sauce, succulent chicken, perfectly al dente pasta, a sprinkle of fresh herbs...all that's missing is the waiter and the check.

1/2 lb. fettuccine, uncooked
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
4 tsp. flour
1-1/4 cups fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, cubed
3 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper

Steps:

  • Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
  • Meanwhile, cook chicken in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 5 to 7 min. or until done, stirring occasionally. Remove from skillet. Mix flour and broth in same skillet with whisk. Stir in Neufchatel, 2 Tbsp. Parmesan, garlic powder and pepper; cook 2 min. or until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly. Stir in chicken.
  • Drain pasta; place in large bowl. Add chicken mixture; toss to coat. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan.

1/2 cup milk
1 pkg. (6 oz.) OSCAR MAYER CARVING BOARD Flame Grilled Chicken Breast Strips, cut into bite-size pieces
1 cup tightly packed chopped fresh spinach
1/4 cup chopped roasted red pepper s
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/4 cup halved pimento-stuffed green olives

Steps:

  • Cook Macaroni in large saucepan as directed on package; drain. Do not return macaroni to pan.
  • Melt butter in same saucepan on medium heat. Whisk in flour; cook and stir 1 min. Gradually stir in milk; cook 1 to 2 min. or until thickened, stirring frequently. Add Cheese Sauce, Seasoning, chicken, spinach, roasted red peppers and macaroni; cook and stir on medium heat 2 min. or until heated through.
  • Top with crushed red pepper and olives.

2 Tbsp. butter
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 cup milk
1 tomato, chopped
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
1 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 Tbsp. dry bread crumbs

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 425ºF.
  • Cook Macaroni as directed on package.
  • Meanwhile, melt butter in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 5 min. or until evenly browned. Add flour; cook and stir 1 min. Gradually stir in milk; cook 3 to 4 min. or until thickened, stirring frequently. Add Cheese Sauce; cook and stir on low heat 2 min. or until mixture is well blended.
  • Drain macaroni. Add to chicken mixture along with the tomatoes, basil and Parmesan; cook and stir 2 min. or until heated through.
  • Spoon macaroni mixture into 1-1/2-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray; top with mozzarella and bread crumbs.
  • Bake 5 to 10 min. or until mozzarella is melted.
