Kielbasa With Peppers Potatoes Food

KIELBASA WITH PEPPERS AND POTATOES

Steps:

• Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Place kielbasa and potatoes in the saucepan. Cover, and cook 25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender.
• Mix red bell pepper and yellow bell pepper into the saucepan, and continue cooking 5 minutes, until peppers are just tender.

KIELBASA WITH PEPPERS & POTATOES

Steps:

• Heat oil and butter in dutch overn; saute peppers and onions.
• Remove peppers and onion; place sausage and potatoes in pan. Cover and cook, about 25 minutes; add broth, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are about 10 minutes from being tender.
• Return peppers and onions to pan, add garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste, continue cooking until potatoes are just tender. Stir in 1/2 cup parmesan cheese.
• Serve hot.

KIELBASA WITH POTATOES, PEPPERS & ONIONS

Steps:

• Cut potatoes (scrubbed with skins left on) into bite-sized pieces.
• Thinly slice both bell peppers and the onion.
• Quarter Kielbasa length-wise and cut into bite-sized pieces.
• In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
• Place Kielbasa and potatoes in skillet. Season with Old Bay and Seasoning Salt. Cover and cook 25 minute or until potatoes are almost tender. Stir occasionally.
• Add peppers and onion. Cook 5 minute or until peppers and onion are just tender. Adjust seasoning if needed.

OVEN BAKED KIELBASA AND POTATOES

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Spray a baking dish with cooking spray (Pam) until well coated.
• Place cut up potatoes, onions, and kielbasa in the baking dish.
• Place baking dish in the oven.
• Cover with foil.
• After 30 minutes remove baking dish from the oven.
• Remove foil and stir the vegetables and meat.
• Return the baking dish back to the oven, without the foil, and continue to bake for another 30 minutes.
• Remove from oven; stir and serve.
