  • Turkish Get-Up. The Turkish get-up looks deceptively simple, but trust me: it’s a go-to full-body workout that engages the entire body – especially the core.
  • Kettlebell Renegade Row. The renegade row works the entire core, along with the arms and back. It is also excellent for targeting the obliques as your body works to remain in a plank position.

  • Turkish Get-Up. Lie on your back in a starfish position with your legs straight out at a 45-degree angle and arms out at a 45-degree angle. Roll onto your right side and grab the handle of a kettlebell with your palm facing the ceiling.
  • Renegade Row. Start in a high plank with left palm on the ground and right hand gripping the top of a light kettlebell. Shoulders are stacked directly above your wrists, legs are extended wider than hip-width apart behind you (it’ll help with stability), and core and glutes engaged.
  • Racked Squat. Stand with your feet about shoulder-width apart. Hold a kettlebell in each hand and rest them at your shoulders with your palms in and the weight hanging against the back of your forearms.
  • Windmill. Stand with your feet wider than hip-width apart with both of your feet turned about 45 degrees to the left. Grip the weight in your right hand and raise your right arm straight overhead (don’t bend your elbow) so that it’s almost touching the ear.
  • Suitcase Carry. Place a single kettlebell next to one of your feet. Squat to grab onto the weight with a neutral, palms-in grip. Keeping your chest up and core braced, stand up.
