COPYCAT KELSEYS' 4 CHEESE SPINACH DIP

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Combine the cream cheese, garlic powder, Parmesan, and Romano with a hand or stand mixer on medium speed until well mixed. Add the red bell pepper and green onion and mix on medium-low until just mixed in. Add the spinach and mix on low. Transfer the mixture to an ovenproof dish and top with cheddar cheese and cayenne. Bake at 400 degrees F for 15-18 minutes or until the edges are bubbly. Remove the dish from the oven and let sit for 5-7 minutes before serving. Serve with fried or baked pita wedges or tortilla chips.

YUMMY 4 CHEESE SPINACH DIP

Steps:

• In a large mixing bowl mix all the ingredients together really well (leaving 1/3 cup of cheddar for the top).
• Put in greased over ready dish (glass, china, anything but a pan or tin).
• Top with remaining cheddar.
• Bake for 15 minute at 375º.
• Make sure it's bubbling! Remove and let rest for 5 minutes.
• Serve with pita wedges, naan or tortilla chips!

Steps:

• Mix parm, romano, cream cheese & garlic powder well. Add chopped veggies. Then add spinach. Mix well. Put into a shallow baking dish so that the dip is no more than about an inch deep. Sprinkle shredded cheddar on top. Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes or until bubbling. Serve with tortillia chips or pita triangles. Delish!
