Kellogs Rice Krispy Treats Microwave Food

MICROWAVE RICE KRISPIE TREATS IN 5 MINUTES

Steps:

• Before you get started, prepare your baking pan by spraying it well with cooking spray. This will keep your treats from sticking to the pan.
• Add the butter, mini marshmallows, vanilla extract, and salt to a large microwave safe bowl, and heat on high for 2 minutes, mostly melting the marshmallows and butter.
• Remove the bowl from the microwave, and stir until smooth.
• Quickly stir the cereal into the marshmallow mixture.
• Lightly press* the mixture into your prepared 9×13 baking dish, and allow the mixture to cool.
• Once your treats have cooled enough to handle, you can cut them into squares and serve.

KELLOG'S RICE KRISPY TREATS® - MICROWAVE

Steps:

• 1. In a large microwave-safe bowl, heat margarine or butter and marshmallows on HIGH for 3 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes. Stir until smooth.
• 2. Add cereal and stir until well-coated. Using a buttered spatula or waxed paper, press mixture evenly into a 13x9x2-inch pan coated with cooking spray. Cut into squares when cool.

KELLOGG'S RICE KRISPIE TREATS

Steps:

• 1. In large saucepan melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat.
• 2. Add KELLOGG'S RICE KRISPIES cereal. Stir until well coated.
• 3. Using buttered spatula or wax paper evenly press mixture into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan coated with cooking spray. Cool. Cut into 2-inch squares. Best if served the same day.
• 4. MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS: In microwave-safe bowl heat butter and marshmallows on HIGH for 3 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes. Stir until smooth. Follow steps 2 and 3 above. Microwave cooking times may vary.
• 5. Note -For best results, use fresh marshmallows. -1 jar (7 oz.) marshmallow crème can be substituted for marshmallows. -Diet, reduced calorie or tub margarine is not recommended. -Store no more than two days at room temperature in airtight container. -To freeze, place in layers separated by wax paper in airtight container. Freeze for up to 6 weeks. Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving.

RICE KRISPIE TREATS {5-MINUTE MICROWAVE RECIPE}

Steps:

• Place butter and marshmallows in a LARGE microwave-safe bowl.
• Microwave on high for 1 minute. Remove bowl from microwave and stir. Return bowl to microwave and microwave another 30 seconds. Stir again until marshmallows and butter are completely melted together. You only want it JUST melted.
• Fold in rice cereal until well combined.
• Place mixture in a greased 9x13 dish and press down evenly (spray a little cooking spray on your hands to prevent sticking). Allow to cool before serving.

ORIGINAL RICE KRISPIE TREATS (STOVETOP OR MICROWAVE)

Steps:

• Melt butter over low heat.
• Add marshmallows and stir till melted. Add Rice Krispies and stir until well coated.
• Lightly butter or spray a 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray. Using buttered spatula or wax paper, press Rice Krispie mix into prepared pan. Cut into squares. These are best if served the same day. Enjoy!

• Add Rice Krispies cereal. Stir until coated.
• Press mixture into 13 x 9 inch pan coated with cooking spray. Cut into squares when cool.

WW 2 POINTS - KELLOGG'S RICE KRISPIES TREATS

Steps:

• Lightly coat a large nonstick saucepan or pot with cooking spray.
• Add the marshmallows, butter buds, water, vanilla, and salt to the pan and set over med/low heat. Stir constantly until completely melted. Remove from heat.
• Add rice krispies and stir until completely coated.
• Spray a 9x13 inch baking pan with cooking spray. Pour the rice krispies mix into the pan. Moisten your hands and press the mixture into the pan until flat.
• When the mixture cools completely, cut 4 times down and 4 across, making 25 bars.
• 2 Points per serving (1 bar).
