JUNE CLEAVER'S TV LAND MEATLOAF
I'm sure Beaver and Wally made it home for dinner every night to watch dear old mom cook this up in a prom dress and pearls. You too can impress your family with a tasty and hearty meal. Just ask Ward!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Mix ground beef with eggs, celery seed, onion powder, dried minced onion, salt and pepper until thoroughly combined.
- Soak cracker crumbs for a few minutes with milk, then blend into beef mixture.
- Mix together condensed soup, barbecue sauce and Worcestershire sauce until smooth.
- Add half of sauce mixture to beef (reserve remaining half for later) and work sauce in until it is evenly incorporated.
- Place beef mixture into 9x5-inch loaf pan and form into a loaf.
- Place into a preheated oven and bake for 45 minutes.
- Drain any accumulated fat from the loaf pan.
- Spread reserved sauce mixture over meat loaf and cover with foil.
- Bake an additional 30 minutes.
- Allow meat loaf to rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
"LAND OF NOD" CINNAMON BUNS
I have made this several times and it's dead easy. If you have overnight guests, what could be easier for breakfast? I've made it on special occasions, too, such as Easter morning and Christmas morning, etc. This recipe comes from the Best of Bridge series.

Steps:
- Before you turn in for the night, grease a 10" bundt pan and add frozen rolls.
- Sprinkle with brown sugar, pudding powder, cinnamon and raisins.
- Pour melted butter over all.
- Cover with a clean, damp cloth.
- (Leave out at room temperature).
- Off to bed you go!
- In the morning, preheat oven to 350 and bake for 25 minutes.
- Let sit for 5 minutes and then turn out on a serving plate.

LAND O' LAKES SPRITZ
I found this recipe in a flyer from Land o' Lakes. This is a rich buttery spritz recipe which produces a very manageable amount of dough. I lost the flyer for a couple of years, then came across it again, so I am adding it here for safe keeping. It is not the same as the one on Land O' Lakes site.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Cream sugar and butter with an electric mixer at medium speed for at least 3 minutes, or until color becomes very light and fluffy.
- Add egg and mix well.
- Add extracts and mix well.
- In a separate bowl whisk together flour and salt.
- Add flour mixture to creamed mixture 1/2 cup at a time until all flour is added.
- Refrigerate dough for 30 minutes.
- Load dough into cookie press.
- Press onto an ungreased cookie about one inch apart.
- Add sprinkles or colored sugars for decoration if desired.
- Bake for 6-8 minutes.
- Preparation times does not include chilling time.

LAND O' LAKES CHOCOLATE BUTTERFLUFF
This is an old recipe from the 70's from the inside of a Land O'Lakes box. It can be used as cake filling and frosting, you can fill a no bake pie crust with it, you can layer it in a parfait, the ideas are endless. You can also mix in whatever goodies you would like. Warning: This does contain raw eggs. If this makes you uncomfortable, you can probably substitute pasturized eggs, although I've never tried it. I just make sure to inspect my eggs for nicks and cracks and only use those with perfect shells. Cook time is chilling time.

- Combine wine, shallots and lemon juice in a 10 inch non reactive skillet.
- Cook over medium high heat until mixture comes to a boil, about 5-7 minutes.
- Continue boiling until liquid almost evaporates about 4-5 minutes.
- Reduce heat to medium low.
- Add flour, mix well.
- Slowly stir in cream with wire whisk until well mixed.
- Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture boils, about 1 to 2 minutes.
- Stir in butter until melted.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- If sauce starts to curdle, decrease heat, whisk until smooth.
