CHOCOLATE CHAI LATTE COOKIES
Chai tea-spiced cookies start with a chocolate cake mix to save time, but there is no skimping on flavor!

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Combine all cookie ingredients except chocolate chips in bowl; beat at medium speed until well mixed. Stir in chocolate chips.
- Shape dough into 3/4-inch balls. Place, 2 inches apart, onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 9-11 minutes or until tops are set and cracked. Cool 2 minutes on cookie sheets; remove to cooling rack. Cool completely.
- Combine all drizzle ingredients except water in bowl. Add enough water for desired drizzling consistency. Drizzle over cooled cookies. Store between sheets of waxed paper in container with tight-fitting lid.

SUPER EASY CHAI LATTE
I love starting my mornings with this homemade chai latte! It's smooth and creamy with plenty of cozy spice flavor... And I love how I can control the sweetness level, unlike ones made at coffee shops! This recipe is easily doubled to serve more!

- Microwave the water for 1 minute 30 seconds (1:30), or until boiling. Add the 2 chai bags. Let the tea steep for 5-10 minutes (5 minutes for regular strength, 10 minutes for strong chai flavor).
- Microwave the almondmilk for 1 minute 15 seconds (1:15), or until hot but not boiling. Remove the chai bags from the water, and pour in the hot almondmilk. Stir in your preferred sweetener, if using.

- For the chai: In a 48-ounce French press coffee maker, combine the coffee, cardamom, cinnamon, ground ginger, allspice, grated ginger, pepper, cloves, salt and water. Place the lid on the coffee press with the plunger extended. Let the mixture brew for 4 minutes. Press down the plunger.
- While the coffee mixture is brewing, whisk the nonfat milk in a heavy medium saucepan over medium-high heat until very thick and foamy, 5 to 6 minutes.
- For the cinnamon sugar: In a small bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon until combined. Set aside.
- Pour the coffee mixture into a medium saucepan and rewarm over medium heat. Stir in the condensed milk. Divide the chai among 4 cups and spoon large dollops of the whisked nonfat milk on top. Sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar and serve.
SUGAR FREE DARK CHOCOLATE MOCHA DREAM COFFEE
This is a modified hot cocoa recipe. It is rich with dark cocoa and is sinfully delicious in your coffee cup. If you like creamer, add it to your coffee BEFORE this mixture. It is dark and deep and you will find it impossible to gauge how much creamer you need. The yield of the recipe depends on how much you use for cup. I prefer a lot of it. Make sure you have a freezer bag to keep the extra in between cups.

- using a very large bowl and a sifter (or a blender if you don't mind powder residue in your hair) sift all ingredients together at least twice.
- Make sure and mix well with a plastic or wooden spoon.
- To prepare, fill mug 1/3 full of this mixture and add freshly brewed coffee. From a press pot if possible.
- Prepare your coffee first if you use creamer. This mixture is very dark and it will be hard to judge how much cream you need by color.

- Add all the ingredients except the tea bags to a large stock pot on the stove.
- Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally until chocolate is melted.
- Once the chocolate is melted, add the four tea bags. Cover the pot and reduce the heat to low and simmer for about ten minutes. Watch the pot carefully so that it doesn't boil over!
- After ten minutes, remove the pot from the heat and pour the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve over the top of a wide-mouthed pitcher, or a large heat-proof bowl.
- If you strained the mixture into a bowl, pour it into a heat-proof pitcher.
- Serve while warm.

- Pour 4 cups very hot water into a French Press and allow to steep 4 minutes before pressing plunger down.
