JELLO CHOCOLATE PUDDING CAKE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350F; grease and flour a 10 inch tube pan.
• Blend all ingredients together in large mixer bowl; beat for two minutes at medium speed.
• Pour into pan and bake for 55 to 60 minutes, or until cake springs back when lightly touched.
• Cool in pan for 15 minutes; remove from pan onto cooling rack to complete cooling.
• Sprinkle with confectioner's sugar.

JELLO POKE CAKE

Steps:

• Bake cake according to package directions. Cool completely.
• Poke cake with a fork. Mix jello with boiling water until dissolved. Mix in cold water. Pour over cake. Top with cool whip. Keep in refrigerator.

THE EASIEST CHOCOLATE PUDDING CAKE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan.
• In a large saucepan combine the non-instant pudding mix with 2 cups milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the pudding is thickened. Remove from heat. Pour the dry cake mix into the saucepan and mix until smooth. Pour batter into prepared pan and sprinkle with chocolate chips and walnuts.
• Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.

JELL-O PUDDING STRIPE-IT-RICH POKE CAKE

Steps:

• Prepare cake mix as directed on package, baking in a 9 x 13 pan. Remove from oven.
• Poke holes quickly down through cake with round handle of a wooden spoon at 1-inch intervals.
• Only after poking holes, combine pudding mix with powdered sugar in large bowl.
• Gradually stir in milk. Then beat at low speed of electric mixer for not more than 1 minute (do not over beat).
• Quickly, before pudding thickens, pour about 1/2 of the thin pudding evenly over warm cake and into the holes to make the stripes.
• Allow remaining pudding to thicken slightly; then spoon over the top, swirling it to "frost" the cake.
• Chill at least 1 hour.
• Store in refrigerator. Cover with plastic wrap if desired.

OLD-FASHIONED CHOCOLATE PUDDING CAKE

Steps:

• Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
• In medium bowl stir together flour, sugar, 2 tablespoons cocoa, milk, vegetable oil, baking powder, salt and vanilla.
• Spread into greased 8 inch square baking pan.
• In medium bowl stir together remaining 4 tablespoons cocoa, brown sugar and hot water; pour over mixture in pan.
• Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until pudding bubbles around edges.
• Remove from oven; let stand 20 minutes.
• OPTIONAL SERVING METHOD:.
• Meanwhile, in small bowl stir jam until smooth.
• Drizzle each serving of warm pudding with jam.

PUDDING POKE CAKE

Steps:

• Prepare cake batter and bake as directed on package for 13x9-inch cake. Immediately poke deep holes in cake at 1-inch intervals, using round handle of wooden spoon.
• Combine dry pudding mixes and sugar in medium saucepan. Gradually stir in milk until blended. Add butter. Bring to full rolling boil on medium heat, stirring constantly. Pour over cake.
• Refrigerate 2 hours.

JELLO LEMON PUDDING CAKE

Steps:

• Blend all ingredients in a large mixer bowl; then beat 2 minutes at medium speed.
• Bake in greased and floured 10-inch bundt or tube pan at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes, or until cake springs back when lightly pressed.
• Cool in pan 15 minutes; remove from pan.
• To make glaze, gradually add hot milk and yellow food coloring to confenctioners' sugar in a bowl, blending well.
• Pour glaze onto cooled cake.

MARSHMALLOW AND CHOCOLATE PUDDING CAKE

Steps:

• Heat oven to 350°F.
• Prepare cake batter as directed on package; pour into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Beat dry pudding mixes, sugar, milk and water with whisk 2 min.; pour over cake batter. Place on rimmed baking sheet.
• Bake 55 min. to 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 min. Meanwhile, heat broiler.
• Top cake with marshmallows. Broil, 6 inches from heat, 30 sec. to 1 min. or until marshmallows are golden brown. Melt chocolate as directed on package; drizzle over marshmallows. Cool 15 min.

CHOCOLATE PUDDING POKE CAKE

Steps:

• Heat oven to 350ºF.
• Beat first 3 ingredients with mixer until blended. Pour into 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 35 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Immediately poke deep holes in cake at 1-inch intervals, using handle of wooden spoon.
• Beat pudding mixes and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min.; pour half into holes in warm cake. Let remaining pudding stand until slightly thickened. Spread over top of cake.
• Refrigerate 1 hour.

CHOCOLATE PUDDING CAKE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350* (F).
• Spread butter or margarine on bottom and sides of 8-inch square pan.
• In mixing bowl, combine flour, 2/3 cup sugar, 4 Tbsp.
• cocoa, baking powder, cinnamon, coffee powder, and salt.
• Stir slowly until blended.
• Stir in milk, oil, and vanilla.
• Spoon batter into prepared pan, and smooth out until evenly distributed.
• In a small bowl, stir together remaining 2 Tbsp.
• cocoa and 2/3 cup sugar.
• Spread this mixture evenly over batter in pan.
• On top of this, pour boiling water.
• Do NOT stir.
• Carefully set pan in preheated oven on middle rack, and bake for 35 minutes, or until top looks crisp and crackled and cake tester inserted into a cakey area comes out clean.
• Cool for a few minutes.
• Serve warm, directly from pan.

CHOCOLATE PUDDING POKE CAKE

Steps:

• Prepare cake according to package instructions in a 9x13 baking dish. Bake until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
• While cake is baking, prepare the two boxes of chocolate pudding with the four cups of milk. Place in fridge until ready to use.
• When cake has cooled a few minutes, with the handle of a wooden spoon (or something similar in size) make poke holes all over the cake, poking all of the way down to the bottom of the pan.
• Pour the pudding mixture over the warm cake, using the back of a spoon to spread the pudding over the top, making sure it gets down in the holes. Place cake in the refrigerator to completely cool.
• Spread prepared whipped cream or non-dairy topping over the top off pudding, sprinkle with chocolate chips.
• Refrigerate until ready to serve, and keep in the refrigerator.
