NINJA CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
Really their are some baked goods that are simply not complete without a good cream cheese frosting. Certainly,this is true for the fresh baked carrot cake, recipe I posted for the Ninja before. I use Vegan cream cheese and a vegan margarine. But I will post this as was intended with real cream cheese and whole milk butter. But...

Steps:
- 1. Place all ingredients in the master prep pitcher.(or food processor) Secure the top and pules in 5 second increments for about 2 minutes.
- 2. Refrigerate for 2 hours to firm up before frosting your favorite dessert.
- 3. If making chocolate icing melt 1/2 cup chocolate chips in the microwave and add to the frosting and blend well to mix before refrigerating.
- 4. feel free to color and use in pastry bags to make carrots for carrot cake or any cake decorating ideas you have.
- 5. Keep leftover frosted desserts refrigerated at all times.

Mix on low speed until combined, then increase the speed to medium-high and beat until aerated and light, about 2 minutes. Gradually add the confectioners' sugar, mixing on low to combine. Once all of the sugar is mixed in, increase the speed to medium-high and beat until fluffy, about 1 minute.

- Beat the softened butter to a soft and even consistency. Add the orange juice, if using, then the icing sugar. Cream until you have a smooth, soft buttercream consistency.
- Add the cream cheese and work it in - don't beat it in, just slowly mix with a wooden spoon. Depending on how soft the mixture is, you may want to put it in the fridge for 10 mins at this point. If it's runny, it will firm up again. It should be spreadable and not run off the cake.
