- Firstly, preheat your oven to 200 degrees C. Then, boil water for your pasta, season it with salt. Then, place your pasta into the saucepan and cook for 8 minutes.
- Next, take a big onion and finely chop it. Then, chop 2 cloves of garlic. Heat a deep pan, add some olive oil and place chopped onion and garlic. Next, add a teaspoon of chili flakes. Cook for 3 minutes. Then, add 600 g of tinned tomatoes. Mix that all together. Then, add 12 g of fresh basil leaves. Bring that to boil and let it simmer for 20 minutes. After that, add your tuna. Season with salt and pepper, and give a good mix.
- Then, drain your pasta and add it to the sauce. Then, place the mixture into an oven-proof dish.
- Grate 150 g of cheddar and sprinkle it over your pasta. Put a nice couple of basil leaves on top. Season with pepper. Finish with a little drizzle of olive oil on top.
- Place your pasta into the oven for 15 minutes at 200 degrees C.

- Preheat the oven to 180C/160C Fan/Gas 4.
- Cook the pasta in a saucepan of plenty of boiling water according to packet instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Meanwhile, for the sauce, melt the butter in a saucepan over a low heat and stir in the flour with a wooden spoon. Cook for 1 minute, or until the mixture darkens slightly. Slowly stir in the milk, stirring until smooth after each addition of milk. Stir in the mustard powder and continue to cook until the mixture thickens enough to coat the back of the spoon. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in most of the cheese, and all the sweetcorn, peas and spring onion. Season with salt and pepper. Stir the cooked pasta into the sauce.
- Spoon the tuna into the bottom of an ovenproof dish. Pour over the pasta and sauce. Tap the dish gently so the sauce pours into every nook and cranny. Sprinkle over the remaining grated cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the sauce is bubbling and the top is a golden-brown. Serve immediately.

- Bring a pan of water to the boil. Add the pasta and cook, following pack instructions, until tender. Add the peas for the final 3 mins cooking time.
- Meanwhile, melt the butter in a pan over a medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 2 mins. Add the milk, whisking constantly, then slowly bring to the boil, stirring often, until sauce thickens. Remove from the heat, add the mustard and season well.
- Heat the grill to medium. Drain the pasta and peas, then return to the pan and stir in the tuna, spring onions, sweetcorn and sauce. Tip into a shallow baking dish, top with the cheddar and cook under the grill for 5 mins or until golden and bubbling.

- Put the pasta in a large pan of boiling water and cook following pack instructions. Meanwhile, put the oil from the can of tuna in a saucepan with the onion and fry for 5 mins. Pour the milk on top of the onions and whisk in the flour. Keep cooking, whisking all the time, until the sauce thickens. Off the heat, stir in the tuna, 100g of the cheese and the mustard powder.
- When the pasta is cooked, drain it and tip into the sauce along with the sweetcorn. Season, then pile into a large ovenproof dish.
- Heat the grill to high. Tuck the tomato slices in and around the pasta so they stick out, then scatter the remaining cheese over the top. Grill for 5-10 mins until golden, crispy and bubbling.

- Heat oven to 180C/fan 160C/gas 4.
- Boil 600g rigatoni for 2 mins less time than stated on the pack.
- To make the sauce, melt 50g butter in a saucepan and stir in 50g plain flour.
- Cook for 1 min, then gradually stir in 600ml milk to make a thick white sauce.
- Remove from the heat and stir in all but a handful of the 250g grated cheddar.
- Drain the pasta, mix with the white sauce, two 160g drained cans tuna, one 330g drained can sweetcorn and a large handful of chopped parsley, then season.
- Transfer to a baking dish and top with the rest of the grated cheddar.
- Bake for 15-20 mins until the cheese on top is golden and starting to brown.

Steps:
- Cook the pasta and drain well.
- In a separate saucepan put the tomatoes, tomato puree, garlic, herbs and tabasco, bring to the boil then simmer for 10 minutes.
- Allow to cool slightly or when adding the yogurt it will curdle.
- Add the yogurt and sweetcorn to the tomato mixture and mix well.
- Put the tuna in with the pasta and mix to distribute the tuna evenly.
- Then tip the tomato mixture on top and stir thoroughly.
- Tip the mixture into an ovenproof dish and top with grated cheese.
- Cook in the oven for 30-35 minutes, until the top is golden and the misture is bubbling.
- Serve on it's own or accompanied by a green salad.
