1 lb salami
1 lb mortadella
1 lb ham
1 lb provolone cheese
2 cups shredded lettuce
1 medium sliced tomatoes
2 cups banana pepper rings
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon oregano
4 hoagie rolls

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic powder and oregano; mix well.
  • Spread garlic mayo thickly on buns.
  • pile on meats and cheese and top with banana peppers.
  • toast under broiler for 3-5 minutes with oven door cracked watching closely.
  • top with lettuce and tomato.
