Irish Iced Coffee Food

THIS EASY IRISH ICED COFFEE IS OUR FAVORITE FROSTY, CREAMY COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Combine coffee, simple syrup, whiskey, and cream in an ice-filled cocktail shaker.
• Shake vigorously until very cold, about 30 seconds, and then strain into an ice-filled pint glass and top with whipped cream (if desired).

ICED IRISH COFFEE

Steps:

• Crush ice in a heavy-duty resealable plastic bag using a meat mallet.
• Combine sugar and hot water in a pitcher; stir until sugar is dissolved.
• Add coffee, whiskey, and chocolate syrup, stirring to blend.
• Fill serving glasses with crushed ice, then pour coffee mixture over the ice.
• Whip cream and sugar to soft peaks.
• Top each drink with a spoonful of cream and serve.

ICED IRISH COFFEE

Steps:

• Combine coffee and sugar, stir to dissolve the sugar. Put 1 tablespoon of whipped cream in a 14-ounce highball glass, fill with the coffee mixture, add whiskey. Top with the remaining tablespoon of whipped cream.

GAELIC ICED COFFEE

Steps:

• In a shaker, combine liqueurs and the instant coffee. Shake like mad to dissolve the coffe crystals.
• Pour over ice in a tall glass.
• Top with whipped cream and drizzle creme de menthe on top of the whipped cream.
• Sip and enjoy!
