- Whisk 2 tablespoons honey, sriracha, garlic, salt, and water together in a large bowl. Add carrots and stir to combine.
- Transfer coated carrots to a multi-functional pressure cooker (such as Instant Pot®). Close and lock the lid. Select high pressure according to manufacturer's instructions; set timer for 1 minute. Allow 10 minutes for pressure to build.
- Release pressure carefully using the quick-release method according to manufacturer's instructions, about 5 minutes. Unlock and remove the lid. Using a slotted spoon, transfer carrots to a serving dish.
- Turn on Instant Pot® again and select Saute function. Add remaining 2 tablespoons honey to the pot. Cook and whisk until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes. Pour glaze over carrots and serve immediately.

- Add cut carrots and water to the Instant Pot.
- Close the lid, set valve to SEALING and cook on MANUAL OR HIGH PRESSURE for 3 minutes.
- After cooking is done, do a quick release and remove the lid.
- Drain excess water.
- Add olive oil, honey, salt and pepper to the Instant Pot and toss to coat carrots.
- Garnish with parsley, if desired.
- Serve immediately.

- Stir maple syrup, brown sugar, and sliced green onions together in a bowl until thoroughly mixed together.
- Slice the stems off of your carrots, and then peel them. You can also use whole carrots that have already had the tops cut off.
- Place carrots at the bottom of your Instant Pot, then cover with the glaze mixture.
- Cook on high pressure for 4 minutes. When 4 minutes is up, release the pressure, serve, and enjoy!

- Cut carrots (or use pre-cut carrots if you wish) into fairly large pieces (I cut mine on an angle - see photos). Add them to your Instant Pot, along with the water.
