Sweet Instant Pot Meatballs with Jelly and Chili Sauce image

Frozen Meatballs in your Instant Pot is going to be your new favorite meal! It is so delicious and fast and easy to make. Everyone will want this recipe!

1/2 of a 12 oz bottle of chili sauce
1 cup grape jelly
1\2 cup water
20-25 frozen meatballs

Steps:

  • Place chili sauce, grape jelly, and water in the pot of the Instant Pot and mix until combined.
  • Add meatballs and cover with sauce
  • Place lid on and set to sealing.
  • Set timer for five minutes on manual high pressure
  • Once the timer goes over, quick pressure release all of the pressure.
  • Set to saute and stir until sauce is thickened. You may add a mixture of 1 teaspoon cornstarch with 1 tablespoon water to help thicken.

Instant Pot Grape Jelly Meatballs are the perfect party food. These tasty meatballs are coated in Welsh's Grape Jelly and Sweet Baby Ray's Hickory and Brown Sugar BBQ Sauce.

1 cup water
3lbs frozen meatballs
18 oz Sweet Baby Ray's Hickory & Brown Sugar BBQ Sauce
18 oz Grape Jelly

Steps:

  • Pour water into Instant Pot.
  • Add meatballs to the pot.
  • Pour the BBQ sauce and Grape Jelly over the meatballs.
  • Put lid on the Instant Pot, turn steam release handle to sealing position and set to Pressure Cook High for 6 minutes.
  • Once the Instant Pot is done cooking, turn the steam release handle to the venting position and do a quick release.
  • Stir the meatballs well.
  • Set the Instant Pot to Saute Normal for 10 minutes and leave the meatballs to simmer, stirring occasionally. This will thicken up the sauce.
  • Once the Instant Pot turns off, allow the meatballs to cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
  • Enjoy!

1 (12 ounce) jar apricot preserves
1 (12 ounce) bottle hickory-flavored barbecue sauce
¼ cup water
½ teaspoon crushed red pepper
24 ounces frozen cocktail-size meatballs

Steps:

  • Turn on a multi-functional pressure cooker (such as Instant Pot®) and select Saute function. Add apricot preserves, barbecue sauce, water, and crushed red pepper and whisk together. Add meatballs and stir to coat.
  • Close and lock the lid; turn venting knob to sealing. Select high pressure according to manufacturer's instructions; set timer for 5 minutes. Allow 10 to 15 minutes for pressure to build.
  • Release pressure carefully using the quick-release method according to manufacturer's instructions, about 5 minutes. Unlock and remove the lid.
  • Arrange meatballs on a platter with toothpicks and additional crushed red pepper, if desired.
