Inside Out Oreos Food

INSIDE OUT OREOS

Steps:

• Place cream cheese and Oreos in food processor.
• Process until no more white can be seen and mixture begins to stick together.
• Roll mixture into 3/4 inch balls.
• Place on waxed paper covered sheet and freeze for 30 minutes or until firm.
• Melt chips (add 1T oil if you like thinner chocolate) or candy coating.
• Dip balls into chocolate using a toothpick or a dipping fork.
• I drizzle with melted semi-sweet chocolate for the effect and to cover up the mark from the toothpick!
• Return to waxed paper to set.
• These set faster in the frig.
• The candy coating sets much faster than the chips.
• I use candy coating whenever I can find it.

ULTIMATE HOMEMADE OREOS

Steps:

• Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
• Blend all the cooking ingredients with an electric mixer.
• Then, knead it with your hands until it reaches the consistency of dough.
• Form the dough into balls about 3/4 of an inch in diameter and press them flat, 1/2 inch apart, onto a greased cookie sheet.
• Bake for 6-8 minutes or until the cookies are crunchy.
• Let the cookies cool on the sheets.
• As the cookies cool you can start making the filling.
• Combine all the filling ingredients and mix well with an electric mixer.
• With your hands form the filling into little balls about 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch in diameter.
• Place a filling ball in the center of the flat side of one of the cooled cookies and press down with another cookie, flat side down, until the filling spreads out to the edge.
• You can double the recipe for Double-Stuff Oreos, but why stop there, go for Triple-Stuff, or even Quadruple-Stuff, you are the master of your Oreo!

GINGERBREAD OREO TRUFFLES

Steps:

• Crush the Oreos into fine crumbs with a food processor or use a Ziploc bag with a rolling pin. Add the crumbs to a stand mixer with a large bowl with the softened cream cheese. Mix until incorporated. Roll the mixture into 1" balls. Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
• Refrigerate for about 1 hour, until firm.
• To Coat: Melt the vanilla candy melts slowly, either in the microwave or on the stovetop according to directions on package.
• Drop one or two truffles into the melted chocolate and use a fork to remove balls, letting the excess chocolate drip. Place the balls back on the waxed paper.
• Add the toppings, before the chocolate hardens.
• Store in the refrigerator.

HOMEMADE OREOS

Steps:

• 1. In a medium size bowl, mix together flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
• 2.Beat in the butter and egg. Mix until the dough comes together in a mass.
• 3. Take about a teaspoon size of dough and roll it into a ball, place on the cookie sheet and press down. Continue with the rest of the dough, placing each two inches apart. Cook in oven on 375 for 9 minute.
• 4. For the filling, beat the cream, sugar, and vanilla.
• 5. Using a frosting or ziploc bag, pipe filling onto half of the cookies.
• 6. Press a unfrosted cookie onto each of the frosted cookies.
• 7. Enjoy!
