This is a recipe my Mom got from a lady at a Square dance party. Her and Dad loved to Square Dance, they even took a boat cruise just for dancers. Those were the days. This is in memory of my Mother, she loved to cook and laugh.

Number Of Ingredients 11

Ingredients

2 c flour - plain
2 c sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
2 can(s) 8 oz. canned crushed pineapples, juice and all
FROSTING
1 c powder sugar
1 stick butter, unsalted, soften
1 8 oz. creams cheese, soften

Steps:

1. mix all cake ingredients together.
2. Put into a greased and floured 9x13 pan
3. bake at 350 degress for 30 to 35 minutes
4. Cool cake and split in half. put frosting in between layers and on top. Don't frost the sides.
5. Frosting: Beat soften butter and cream cheese together, blend in powder sugar.

Marbled Turmeric Pumpkin Chocolate Bread. Beautiful swirls of chocolate and pumpkin cakes make up this phenomenal sweet bread. The combo of pumpkin puree and chocolate is already fantastic, as it is.
Masala Doodh Mini-Cheesecakes. Yes, India has its very own version of cheesecake. One bite will get you hooked. Besides the rainbow whipped cream on top, these mini-cheesecakes are extra special because of masala milk powder.
