- In a small pot, combine 2 tablespoons of the milk, sugar, and cocoa powder. Heat over medium heat, whisking constantly, until mixture begins to simmer and is well-combined and smooth.
- Remove from heat and whisk in cold coffee, remaining 2 tablespoons of the milk, and optional heavy cream.
- Pour over a 16-ounce cup (or mason jar) of ice, top with whipped cream and chocolate syrup if desired, and enjoy.

- Pour 50ml of the milk into a small pan and add the chocolate buttons. Mix well until melted, then leave to cool.
- Half-fill a large, tall glass with ice, then pour in the cooled chocolate milk and the remaining 100ml milk and stir to combine.
- Top up with more ice, then slowly pour in the espresso. Finish with a dollop of whipped cream and a dusting of cocoa powder or cinnamon - or both, if you like.

- Brew an extra-strong 1/4 pot of the Starbucks columbia coffee. BUNN is the best coffee maker for this drink, other coffee makers may make a weaker, less flavorful brew.
- In the bottom of a 16oz cup add the NesQuik chocolate syrup. Add about 1.5oz of the concentrated coffee (treat it like espresso.)
- Begin to stir while adding 4oz of half-n-half cream. Fill the cup with milk to 3/4 full. Then top the drink off with ice cubes. Enjoy!
