Ice Cream Brandy Punch Food

DAD'S BRANDY ICE

Steps:

• Mix brandy, triple sec, creme de cacao, and whiskey liqueur in a glass measuring cup.
• Put about half the vanilla ice cream and half the brandy mixture in a blender; blend until smooth. Add remaining ice cream and brandy mixture; blend again until smooth. Store in freezer in the ice cream container.

BRANDY ALEXANDER WITH ICE CREAM

Steps:

• Place the ice cream in a blender.
• Add brandy, Kahlua, and crème de cacao.
• Blend until smooth and creamy.
• Pour into glasses.
• Garnish with cocoa powder if desired.

ICE CREAM PUNCH

Steps:

• Spoon ice cream by spoonfuls into a large punch bowl.
• Add water and lemonade concentrate; stir just till combined.
• Slowly pour carbonated beverage down the side of bowl.
• Stir gently to mix.

BRANDY BUTTER ICE CREAM

Steps:

• Heat the butter in a small pan until just starting to take on a nutty brown colour - remove from the heat straight away as it will continue to colour. Stir in the brandy, then leave to cool.
• Heat the milk in a saucepan but don't let it boil. Whisk the egg yolks and sugar in a bowl until pale. Pour over the hot milk, whisking continuously, then return to the saucepan set over a low heat. Cook for 3-4 mins, stirring the whole time with a wooden spoon, until the custard thickens enough to coat the back of your spoon. Leave to cool.
• Whisk the cream until it forms soft, billowy peaks. Fold in the brandy butter and the custard mixture. Churn in an ice-cream machine until set, then keep in the freezer for up to 2 months.

BRANDY ICE

Steps:

• 1. Process 1 quart of the ice cream, brandy, and liqueurs in blender til smooth. Add enough of the remaining 1/2 quart ice cram til a pourable consistency is achieved, processing constantly. Pour into glasses and sprinkle with the nutmeg. Serves 12

Steps:

• Soften ice cream, in a VERY large bown mix all together with a hand held electric mixer. Pour back into ice cream bucket and freeze. Cooking time is freezing time. Liquors listed above are for a Brandy Alexander. Can vary:.

• 3/4 to 1 cup creme de almond.
• 3/4 to 1 cup white creme de cocoa.
• Grasshopper:.
• 3/4 to 1 cup green creme de menthe.
• 3/4 to 1 cup white creme de cocoa.
• White Russian:.
• 3/4 to 1 cup Kahlua.
• 3/4 to 1 cup Vodka.
• Mudslide:.
• 1/2 cup vodka.
• 1/2 cup Kahlua.
• 1/2 cup Baileye Irish Cream.

ICE CREAM BRANDY PUNCH

Steps:

• Combine milk, brandy and egg in a bowl and beat until smooth. Add ice cream (cut into small pieces) and beat until frothy. Serve and enjoy!

BRANDY MILK PUNCH

Steps:

• Place the brandy, milk, and Simple Syrup with ice cubes in a shaker or blender, and shake or blend until frothy.
• Pour into a rocks glass or strain into a martini glass. Top with a little grated nutmeg or lace with a splash of Tia Maria.
