5 to 6 cups uncooked wide egg noodles
1/4 cup butter, cubed
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1-1/2 cups chopped fully cooked ham
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

  • Cook noodles according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Gradually whisk in cream. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly; cook and stir until thickened, about 2 minutes longer. , Add the ham, cheese, onions, salt and pepper; cook, uncovered, until heated through. Drain noodles; add to ham mixture. Toss to coat; heat through.

  • Cook noodles according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in cream. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes. Add ham, cheese, onions, salt and pepper; heat through. Drain noodles; add to ham mixture and heat through.

2 cups water
2 (3 ounce) packages uncooked chicken-flavored ramen noodles, broken into pieces
6 ounces thinly sliced deli ham, cut into 2x1/2-inch strips
8 ounces deli American cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes

Steps:

  • Combine frozen vegetables, water, ramen noodles and seasoning packets in 10-inch skillet.
  • Cook over high heat until mixture comes to a boil.
  • Reduce heat to medium. Cover; cook 3 minutes.
  • Stir in ham until heated through.
  • Stir in cheese until cheese is slightly melted.

2 cups cubed cooked ham
2 cups shredded swiss cheese
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of celery soup, undiluted
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish, layer 1/3 of noodles, ham and cheese.
  • In a bowl, combine soup, sour cream, onions, and green pepper; spread half the mixture over top.
  • Repeat layers.
  • Bake uncovered about 45 minutes or until very hot.
