HUMMUS (TOPPED WITH EVERYTHING I LOVE) APPETIZER
Need a quick and easy appetizer? This is an incredibly tasty dish to serve at your next dinner party, game night or GNO. My fabulous neighbor brought this layered dip to our block party yesterday.... it was gone in the blink of an eye once everyone heard the Mmmmmmms! Use more or less of any of the toppings. enjoy!

Steps:
- On an (8x8) decorative serving dish w/ sides or pie plate spread the hummus.
- Drain the giardienera, scatter the mix over the hummus.
- Top with the sliced kalamata olives and feta cheese.
- Serve with crunchy pita chips or pita bread triangles.

What could be better to serve your guests...but a healthy vegetable appetizer??? I am sure if you have never tried hummus..you are sure to love this dish..you might want to make a 2 dishes. Steps:
- 1....Place chick peas, tahini,lemon juice and salt in a chopper or blender, process till smooth. Set aside. 2....Combine tomato, onions,and parsley in a small bowl. Place reserved bean mixture in a medium serving bowl. Spoon tomato mixture evenly over top. Serve with crackers or pita bread wedges.
