This Keto Spinach and Artichoke Dip Recipe is so quick and easy to make. It comes together in just 15 minutes, it's great hot or cold, and it makes for a fantastic low carb side dish or appetizer!

1 1/2 Cups (170g) Frozen Spinach - if you use fresh just make sure it weighs 170g
1 1/2 Cups (170g) Frozen Artichoke Hearts
Appx. 2 Cups (475mL) of Water
8 Ounces (224g) Full-Fat Cream Cheese
1/4 Cup (60g) Full-Fat Sour Cream
1/4 Cup (60g) Mayonaisse
1/3 Cup (30g) Grated Parmesan Cheese
Salt, Garlic Powder, and Onion Powder - To Taste.

Steps:

  • Add the spinach, artichokes, and water to a medium sized pot, and set the heat to medium-high.
  • While that's warming up, add the cream cheese to a large bowl and soften it up in the microwave for about a minute.
  • Once the cream cheese has softened add the sour cream, mayo, and parmesan cheese to it.
  • Then, when the artichoke hearts and spinach pot just starts to boil remove it from the heat, and strain the excess water.
  • Let them cool in the strainer for a couple of minutes, and then take a paper towel and press down on them straining out the excess water - this will help ensure the dip isn't watery.
  • Now, at this point, you can add the artichokes and the spinach to the rest of the ingredients - along with the seasonings if you're using them - and mix everything with a spatula until combined.
  • Add the dip to a bowl and serve hot...or refrigerate and serve cold!

1/2 Lb Fresh Baby Spinach - chopped (approx 5-6 cups)
2 Tablespoons Oil
16 ounces Cream Cheese - softened
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
3 Garlic Cloves - peeled, grated
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Dried Italian Seasoning
1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
Salt/Pepper - to taste (easy on the salt)
1 Cup Chopped Marinated Artichoke Hearts
4 Cups Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese (or mozzarella) - divided
Fresh Chopped Parsley

Steps:

  • Heat oil in a sauté pan over medium heat. Add fresh spinach and cook until spinach is wilted. (approx 5 minutes) Allow spinach to cool 5-10 minutes then transfer to paper towels or a fine mesh strainer. Remove as much liquid as possible.
  • Preheat oven to 375ºF
  • In large bowl combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, garlic, garlic powder, Italian season, onion powder, salt and pepper. Use a hand mixer to produce a smooth, fluffy base.
  • Stir in wilted spinach, chopped artichokes and 2 Cups shredded cheese. Transfer mixture to a 2 quart oven safe dish.
  • Top with 1-2 more cups of shredded cheese.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes then broil on High for 3 minutes to brown top.
  • Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley and serve hot.

1 (8 ounce) jar artichoke hearts
8 ounces light cream cheese
12 ounces light sour cream
4 ounces light mayonnaise
1 cup havarti cheese, shredded (or another white cheese you prefer)
3/4 cup parmesan cheese
4 -6 garlic cloves, minced (add to personal taste)

Steps:

  • Leave spinach out to thaw and cream cheese on the counter to soften for mixing.
  • Thoroughly drain thawed spinach and jar of artichokes.
  • Combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayo in a mixing bowl until fairly creamy.
  • Add shredded cheese, parmesan and garlic.
  • Then add you spinach and artichokes.
  • Scoop dip into an oven safe dish and pop into a preheated 375 degree oven and 15 minutes and then turn the broiler on for a couple minutes just to slightly brown the top.
  • Serve with chips, rye rounds, veggies, whatever you like, and ENJOY!

1/3 cup grated romano cheese
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1/3 cup heavy cream or 1/3 cup half-and-half cream
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

It is Applebee's recipe, but I think it tastes ten times better than the dip you get in the restaurant. It goes great w/ Keebler Toasteds Buttercrisp crackers.

1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and roughly chopped
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded

8 ounces artichoke hearts, chopped
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded asiago cheese
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons horseradish sauce
2 teaspoons lemon pepper seasoning

Steps:

  • Blend together cream cheese, mayo, lemon-pepper, sourcream and horseradish sauce until smooth.
  • Add 1/2 cup of parmesan, 1/2 cup asiago, spinach and artichokes and mix well.
  • Pour into 9x9 baking dish and top with remaining 1/2 cup of parmesan.

2 cups frozen chopped spinach
1 (14 ounce) can quartered artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
1/2 cup refrigerated alfredo sauce, i use 1/2 the container (from 10 oz. container)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 ounces shredded swiss cheese
pita bread or pita chips

Steps:

  • Cook spinach as directed on package. Drain spinach, pressing with fork to remove excess liquid. Chop spinach finely.
  • In 1 to 3 quart slow cooker, combine spinach and all remaining ingredients; mix well.
  • Cover; cook on low setting for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours.
  • Serve with sliced French Bread, Pitas or Pita chips. Any Dippers will do -- vegetables, crackers or chips.
