HOT SPICED TEA
Give regular brewed black tea a unique flavor twist for the cold nights of winter. To brewed black tea, add cinnamon sticks, cloves, pomegranate juice and apple cider. Serve this tea nice and hot to your overnight guests just before bed.

- In a large saucepan add the water and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Remove from the heat and add the tea bags, cinnamon and cloves. Let steep, covered, for 20 minutes. Strain and return the tea to the pan, discarding the solids. Stir in the pomegranate juice and apple cider. Cook over medium-low heat for 10 minutes. Reduce the heat to low and keep warm until ready to serve. When ready to serve pour into cups or mugs and garnish with cinnamon sticks and lemon slices, if desired.

- In a mixing bowl, crush or muddle the lemon and lime juices with the brown sugar, blending the juices and sugar together. Next, thin slice a few mint leaves and add to the juices. Then add the sweet tea, pomegranate juice and cranberry juice and mix well. After mixing, serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint.

POMEGRANATE ICED TEA
This mocktail can be made with freshly squeezed juice from a pomegranate or by using Pomegranate Juice. To juice the pomegranate, cut it in half (as you would a grapefruit) and juice using a citrus reamer or a juicer. Pour mixture through a cheesecloth-lined strainer or sieve. One large pomegranate will produce about 1/2 cup of juice. I got this from a pomegranate site.

Bought these seeds planning to use them in baking...but not to be. Instead I made a tea with them and I was nicely surprised by the pleasant taste...I did add some Splenda though.
