Hot Honey Bangin Crunchy Cornflake Baked Chicken Food
HOT HONEY
It's easy to buy hot honey, but just as easy (in my opinion) to make it at home. Drizzle it over roasted meats or vegetables, or use it to spice up a salad dressing. You can also mix it into soft butter to serve over biscuits. Yum!

Steps:
- Combine honey, vinegar, red pepper flakes, thyme, smoked paprika, and salt in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature so flavors infuse, about 30 minutes. Store at room temperature in an airtight container.

This is a honey glaze with a kick. Great for BBQing and getting great color on chicken. Serve the extra sauce for dipping.

Steps:
- Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil the grate.
- In a small bowl, combine the honey, hot pepper sauce and ground black pepper and mix well. Cover each chicken breast with the sauce and put on the grill, basting occasionally.
- Grill for 10 to 15 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 180 degrees F (80 degrees C). Chicken will have a nice, brown color from the sauce.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Rinse your chicken breasts strips and pat dry with a paper towel; set aside.
- Add greek yogurt, honey, salt, and dijon mustard (if desired) to a large bowl. Place chicken into bowl and toss to coat each in yogurt, cover with plastic wrap and place in fridge for 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes, place 1/2 of the crushed cereal in a ziploc bag and add 1/2 of the yogurt covered chicken to the bag, shaking to coat.
- Remove and place on large greased baking sheet then repeat with second half of the cereal and chicken.
