Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a 9-inch square baking pan with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
- Slice attached rolls in half widthwise with a serrated knife, keeping rolls connected, into a bottom and top 'slab.' Place bottom slab in the prepared pan.
- Layer about half the ham evenly over the bottom slab of rolls. Layer Swiss cheese evenly on top, and arrange remaining ham over the cheese. Cover with the top slab.
- Place butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in the microwave until melted, about 1 minute. Add mustard, poppy seeds, Worcestershire sauce, onion, salt, and pepper. Whisk to combine.
- Pour butter mixture evenly and slowly over the rolls. Spread over the tops using a spatula; some of the mixture will pool at the base of the rolls. Cover with aluminum foil and let stand at room temperature for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Bake in the preheated oven until cheese has melted, about 20 minutes. Uncover and continue baking until browned as desired, 3 to 5 minutes more. Slice into individual sliders.

OVEN HOT HAM & CHEESE SANDWICHES
Made these inspired by Pioneer Woman and they were soooo yummy. Love that you can make so many variations and I think the #1 trick is them being in the oven and all that yumminess melting together! Small Hawaiian rolls would also work really well with these. The mayonnaise can be substituted for melted butter as well.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine dressing ingredients and spread on top and/or bottom of buns, spooning over tops as well, if you like.
- Add ham.
- Add cheese.
- Wrap each sandwich in a square foil.
- Bake on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes until dressing is melted and buns are slightly crusty or cook in crock pot 4 hours on low.
- Can keep in fridge until ready to bake.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Unroll the pizza dough onto a cutting board and press into approximately a 13x18 inch rectangle. Top with ham and cheese slices.
- Stating on the longer side of the rectangle, roll up the edge tightly. When you reach the end, pinch the seam together and flip the roll so that the seam is face down.
- Cut into 12 slices, approximately 1-inch wide. Arrange in the prepared baking dish.
- Next combine the butter, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and poppy seeds in a sauce pan over medium heat. Whisk until the butter is melted and the glaze is smooth and combined. Pour evenly over the rolls.
- Cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours or bake, uncovered for 25 minutes until golden and browned.
- Enjoy!

- Spoon into oven proof crock or 9 inch; pie plate.

HOT HAM 'N' CHEESE SANDWICHES
These are some yummy hot sandwiches and can be made ahead of time and then heated later. I've made them for our family and even a large group. The butter "spread" makes enough for double the sandwiches. Don't over use - more is not better on these sandwiches! The taste is great but when I've spread more on because it tastes so...good - I've ended up with soggy bread. This recipe came from a '99 Quick Cooking magazine.
