Steps:
- Place bun on a plate, cut side up. For each wheel, insert a pretzel stick partway into bun; attach a pickle and olive slice. , Cut a slit 1 in. from the end of a hot dog; insert miniature pretzel for steering wheel. Place in bun., Cut remaining hot dog in half for the driver (save remaining half for another use); insert a pretzel stick halfway into , the cut end. , Place mustard in a food-safe plastic bag; cut a small hole in a corner of bag. Pipe face onto driver. Insert driver behind steering wheel. Place olive half on driver for helmet., Break remaining pretzel stick in half; place on steering wheel for arms. Using mustard, attach pepperoni slices for headlights. Serve immediately.

HOT DOG RACE CAR
Steps:
- Prepare hot dogs, boiled or grilled will work. Slice each hot dog in half. Spread out hot dog on half bun.
- Using small cookie cutter or new water bottle cap, cut 16 round circles in cheese stick slice. Using a toothpick or pretzel sticks add carrots and cheese together to make wheels. Assemble wheels on sides of hot dog buns. Place sliced hot dog on top. Spread out so that it will hold dashboard (tomato) and steering wheel (pickle slice). Attach tomato and pickle with toothpick.
- Add racing stripes (or flames at the end) with ketchup, mustard and mayonnaise from squirt bottle. On top, add tomato wedges matched with pickle slices to make dashboard and steering wheels. Add racing stripes with ketchup and mustard.
