Steps:
- Mix paprika, cayenne pepper, brown sugar, lemon pepper and salt and sprinkle over chicken.
- Let marinate, 2 hours - overnight.
- Prepare separate bowls, one with eggs, one with milk and one with flour. Dip chicken in milk, then egg, then dip in flour.
- Heat oil to 325 degrees F. Fry chicken for about 15 minutes total per batch (cycle out to ensure the oil stays at 325 degrees F).
- Dip in hot sauce.

CRUNCHY HOT CHICKEN SALAD
I've had this recipe for years and I'm not sure were it came from. I think it was clipped from a magazine years ago. It's slightly different from most other hot chicken salad recipes and I think those differences make it better.

Steps:
- Combine all ingredients except potato chips and cheese, blend well.
- Spoon into a lightly greased 3 quart shallow casserole dish.
- Top with 2 cups cheese.
- Bake at 350 for 30 mins.
- Put sprinkling of crushed potato chips over surface during last 10 minutes.

- Cook chicken; remove skin and cut into cubes.
- Layer in 13x9 baking dish.
- Mix soups with celery, onions and milk.
- Set aside.
- Mix other ingredients and put into baking dish.
- Pour soup mixture over other ingredients.
- Top with buttered corn flake crumbs.
- Bake about 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
