Honey Orange Blossom Lemonade Raw Gluten Free Food

HONEY LEMONADE

Steps:

• (This makes fairly concentrated lemonade; if you want more dilute lemonade use 1/2 or 3/4 of the amount of lemon and honey used, in proportion to the water i. e. 3 lemons and 3 tablespoons of honey to 4 cups of water. If the proportion of lemon to water or).
• Place the water in a jug.
• Squeeze juice from lemons into water and add honey.
• Mix all three ingredients together thoroughly and chill before serving (if not using cold water already).

HONEY LEMONADE

Steps:

• Stir honey and hot water over low heat until blended.
• Let cool and add lemon juice and cold water. Pour into iced glasses.

SPARKLING HONEY LEMONADE IN CITRUS-SALT RIMMED GLASSES

Steps:

• Combine lemon juice and honey in a saucepan.
• Heat until honey is completely blended with the juice.
• Chill until cold, then stir and pour into a large pitcher. Add cold water and stir to combine completely.
• Mix lemon zest with finishing salt in a small dish.
• Rub the rim of serving glasses with a wedge of lemon or lime.
• Invert glass into dish of salt and turn to coat rim.
• Add ice and lemonade. Serve immediately.

HONEY ORANGE BLOSSOM LEMONADE

Steps:

• Squeeze juice from lemons into water and add honey & orange blossom water.
• Mix together thoroughly and chill before serving, if not using cold water already.

ORANGE LEMONADE

Steps:

• Create a sugar syrup: Pour sugar and water in a large saucepan over medium heat. Cook the mixture until all the sugar dissolves, making sure to stir occasionally. Allow to cool.
• Once cool, stir in the juices and peel. Cover the saucepan and let the mixture sit for an hour (at room temp.).
• Strain the syrup. Put in a covered container and refrigerate until read to serve.
• To prepare the concentrate for drinking, mix equal parts of the syrup and water.

ORANGE LEMONADE

Steps:

• In a large pitcher combine juices and Equal; stir to dissolve.
• Stir in water.
• Cover and chill.
• Serve over ice.
• Garnish each serving with a lemon slice.
