- Heat the slow cooker. Melt the butter in a frying pan and quickly brown the chicken thighs all over. Make sure the skin picks up plenty of colour. Season, then put them in the slow cooker. Brown the spring onions and add them to the slow cooker as well. Add the stock, mustard and honey and cook on low for 4 hrs.
- Stir in the cream or crème fraîche and peas, then cook for a further 15 mins with the lid off. Re-crisp up the chicken skin under the grill, if you like.

- Coat the inside of you slow cooker bowl generously with vegetable oil spray. Set it aside.
- Mix together the sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, dry mustard, salt and pepper.
- Using your clean hands, rub the mixture all over the chicken. Transfer the chicken into the bowl of the slow cooker.
- Whisk together the Dijon mustard and honey in a bowl.
- Pour ½ cup of the mixture over the chicken and make sure that the drumsticks are thoroughly coated with it. Reserve the rest.
- Cook the chicken in low heat setting of your slow cooker until it is tender, 4-5 hours.
- 10 minutes before your chicken is fully cooked, pre-heat the oven to 450 degrees. Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack over it. Lightly spray the wire rack with vegetable spray.
- Transfer the chicken to the prepared baking sheet. Brush the drumsticks with the half of the reserved honey-mustard mixture. Place in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the skin is lightly charred and crisp.
- Flip the chicken, brush the drumsticks with the rest of the honey-mustard mixture and place it back in the oven. Continue to bake until the skin is lightly charred and crisp.
- Serve over Uncle Ben's flavored long grain wild rice.

- Add the chicken breast to the bottom of your slow cooker.
- In a small bowl combine the honey, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, melted butter, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Wait to add the heavy cream until the end of the cooking time.
- Pour the honey mustard mixture over the chicken breasts.
- Place the lid on the slow cooker. Cook on LOW for 6 hours.
- When the cooking time is up, add the heavy cream.
- Using 2 forks, shred the chicken right in the slow cooker. Stir until the cream and sauce have combined.
- Serve and enjoy!

- In a small bowl mix together sugar, paprika, mustard, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1 teaspoon pepper. Set aside.
- Trim and pat chicken drumsticks dry.
- Rub seasoning mix all over the chicken until it is well coated.
- Put chicken in a 5 quart slow cooker, and pour ½ a cup of barbecue sauce over the top.
- Cover and cook until chicken is tender 4 to 6 hours on low.
- Position your oven rack 10 inches from the broiler.
- Preheat oven to broil on high. Line a baking sheet with foil, and place a wire rack over the top. Spray rack with cooking spray.
- Take chicken out of slow cooker, and place on the rack over the lined cooking sheet. Discard and cooking liquid in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Brush chicken with ½ cup of barbecue sauce, and broil until crisp (10-15 minutes)
- Flip the chicken over and brush with the remaining sauce. Broil for another 5-10 minutes.
- Serve.
