Steps:
- In a small bowl, mix together the onion powder and salt. Set aside.
- In a separate small bowl, mix together the mustard, vinegar, and honey. Set aside.
- Melt the coconut oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add 3-4 popcorn kernels and cover with the lid. Once they pop, add the rest of the kernels and cover, shaking every 10 seconds, until they begin pop. Once the pops are more than 3 seconds apart, turn off the heat and let sit for 15 seconds to allow any final kernels to pop.
- Uncover and drizzle the honey mustard mixture over the popcorn. Carefully toss to coat.
- Sprinkle the salt and onion powder mixture over the popcorn and stir to coat evenly.
- Transfer to a bowl and eat immediately, or spread in a single layer on a baking sheet and let cool completely before storing in a sealed container for up to 2 days.
- Enjoy!

The family loved it and the mustard and honey is just delicous! I have also made corn and instead of microwave I put it on the B.B.Q. also very very nice!

HONEY MUSTARD CORN (MICROWAVE)
Frozen corn in a butter sauce that sweet, tangy, and delicious! Great FAST side dish for any supper. . .it would even be perfect for a potluck or holiday. This is my twist on TISME's Recipe #302284 which we love, but we like the savory AND sweet and we don't always have the time to make corn on the cob (but we always have frozen corn on hand).

KETTLE CORN (MICROWAVE)
This is a variation of Alton Brown's microwave popcorn recipe. You will need a brown paper lunch bag, a stapler, two staples from said stapler, and the cajones to do something you have been told to never do. Put metal in the microwave box of death! I promise that if you only use TWO NORMAL size staples, your microwave wont blow up, catch fire, or send you back in time so you could accidentally become your own grandparent. The wavelength of a microwave is larger than a average staple, so it wont spark, but it will get really freaking hot, so be careful. Oh, it taste great .

Steps:
- mix everything in a small bowl.
- pour everything into the small brown paper bag.
- fold top over twice. (Maybe three times if you have the larger size lunch bags).
- put two staples through fold at least two inches apart.
- Microwave on high for at least two minutes. You may have to play around with the time a little. If you microwave has a "popcorn" button, try that, but listen for when the popping slows down.
- when it's done, carefully open the bag, watching for the steam, and dump into a bowl. The bag will be an oily mess, so you don't want to eat out of it.
