EASY HONEY MUSTARD CHICKEN BREAST
EASY and only 4 ingredients! I was messin around with ingredients in my kitchen last night and BAM! One of the easiest and quick chicken recipes EVER. No need for all those ingredients you dont have in the cabinets.

Steps:
- Wash and pat dry Chicken Breasts.
- Mix~ mustard, honey and sweet n low packet in a measuring cup.
- Poke Chicken breasts with fork to make holes for absorption of liquid mixture.
- Cover Chicken with half of Mustard mixture
- Pour remaining Mustard mixture into a regular skillet.
- Place chicken in skillet on med heat and cover.
- Flip chicken after 10 minutes then re-cover and cook for another 10 minutes until golden brown on both sides.
- DONE and OH MY HEAVENS ~ The whole family loved it !

HONEY MUSTARD CHICKEN PACKETS
This is a simple way to make a moist chicken breast, perfectly for a sandwich or just by itself. Baking time is approximate, depending on the thickness of the chicken. I have cooked this recipe for anywhere between 25 and 45 minutes.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- Center each chicken breast on a sheet of 12x12-inch foil with non-stick side toward food. Pour 2 tablespoons of mustard evenly over each chicken breast. Season with the garlic salt and pepper to taste.
- Now it's time to make the little packets. Take your first piece of foil, and bring up its sides, double folding its top and ends to seal. Repeat until the packets are all done. Don't forget to leave a little room inside each packet for heat circulation inside.
- To bake, place the packets on a cookie sheet, and bake anywhere from 25 to 45 minutes--just keep checking until the chicken is tender and cooked all the way through. If you have used previously frozen chicken breasts, there will be a lot of liquid in the packet, so be careful when opening! That's it. You're done.

This was a packet dinner I threw together at the last minute. It was very tasty. You can do a zillion things with chicken and this certainly satisfied us! I only made this for two people, but you can add your own personal touch or adjust the ingredients to your own taste.

- Preheat oven to 350-375°.
- Marinate the chicken breast in homemade or prepare Italian dressing for at least 30 min to an hour.
- Coat both sides of chicken with salt and pepper, honey and mustard.
- Wrap in foil, poking a few holes with a fork on the top to allow steam to escape.
- Coat carrots in honey.
- Sprinkle with brown sugar, salt, and pepper. Toss to evenly coat.
- Wrap securely in foil, poking holes to allow steam to escape.
- Bake both chicken and carrots packets, side-by-side for 45 minutes, ovens vary. Note: Slice thickest part of chicken, and if juices run clear, it's done.

- In a small bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients; set aside. Place flour in a shallow bowl. Add chicken, a few pieces at a time, and toss to coat; shake off excess. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons oil over medium-high heat. Brown chicken on both sides. Remove from pan. Add mushrooms and onion to same pan; cook and stir until tender, 6-8 minutes., Add dressing mixture, stirring to loosen browned bits from pan. Return chicken to pan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, until a thermometer inserted in chicken reads 165°, 12-15 minutes longer.

- Take a sheet of foil and lay flat on your working surface. Add 1 cup of the potatoes and drizzle with a little avocado oil. Place the chicken breast on top, then 1/4 of the asparagus spears. Finally spoon a few tablespoons of the honey mustard sauce over top. Repeat this for the other three.

- Heat the bbq. I had my burners on medium. Place the foil packets on the grill and cook until the chicken reaches 165F. This took mine 35-40 minutes (I had 1 chicken that didn't want to cook). This will depend on your grill, so check it at the 30 minute mark.
