Ingredients

2 ounces rolled oats
6 ounces sultanas
3 ounces self raising flour
4 ounces granulated sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons honey
6 ounces butter

Steps:

Combine oats, sultanas, sifted flour and sugar.
Melt butter and add honey.
Mix in dry ingredients.
Press over median greased tin.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 190.
