Whenever someone is our church has sinus problems our Pastor will tell them about this recipe. He uses it all the time and never buys the store kind.

Number Of Ingredients 3

Ingredients

1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup warm water

Steps:

Mix all together and use a nose sprayer or dropper to put a couple drops into each nasal passage. Repeat as needed. Store in a small container and use within a week. Cheap and easy to make and clears sinuses.
